The IDWGS Global Essay Writing Competition 2024 extends an open invitation to individuals of all age groups, nationalities, and backgrounds to articulate their thoughts on this significant topic - Women and Girls in Science Leadership, a New Era for Sustainability. This global competition provides a distinctive platform for amplifying the voices of those dedicated to promoting gender equality in STEM fields. Participants are encouraged to convey their perspectives through insightful essays that underscore the pivotal role of women and girls in propelling scientific innovation and sustainability.
All essays will be published on Udaan’s Contest 360 website. This competition is free to enter. All participants will be recognized with a certificate of participation. The top 10 performers will be awarded the certificate of merit.
Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and nationalities. Everyone is encouraged to share their unique perspectives. Essays can be written in Hindi or English, allowing participants to express themselves in their preferred language. With a word limit of 750-1000 words, participants have ample space to convey their thoughts and ideas effectively.
