Oral/Poster Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
Time Allocation: Each presentation is allocated 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
Screen Sharing: Presenters are required to share their screens during their presentations and control their own slides.
Attendance: Presenters must stay for the entire duration of their presentation and the Q&A session.
Time Management: Presenters are advised to strictly adhere to the allocated time for their presentations. Please note that presentations exceeding the time limit will be cut off by the moderators in the interest of time.
Slide Content: The presentation slides should include the following:
Title slide: Name, affiliation, and title
Introduction
Backup Slides: Presenters are advised to upload their presentation slides to the EasyChair system as a backup in case of technical issues. Please upload latest on 17th September 2024 before 5pm.
Pre-Recorded Video Presentations:
All guidelines for oral presentations apply to pre-recorded video presentations.
During the presentation, the presenter should share their screen and play the video themselves.
Presenters must be present and available for the Q&A session. The conference committee will play the video only if there are technical issues on the presenter’s side.
E-Poster Guidelines:
Virtual Poster Format: Virtual posters will consist of well-prepared visual materials about the work. There are no strict formatting requirements for electronic poster presentations, except that the uploaded file must be a one page PDF format document.
Q&A Session: There will be no Q&A session for posters during the conference.
Attendance: Each participant must register their attendance twice—once in the morning session and once in the afternoon session—on the conference day, 18 September 2024 (Wednesday).
E-Poster Upload: E-posters will be uploaded by the organizer to the conference website. They will also be assessed by a panel of judges, with awards given for the Best E-Poster.
E-Poster Submission:
E-poster presentations must be submitted via EasyChair by 13th September 2024.

UiTMSlides is a LaTeX Beamer style for UiTM presentation slides. The slides is based on the UiTM Slide Master template from https://korporat.uitm.edu.my/index.php/download/brand-management .
Presentation Guideline
Pre-Conference
1. Presenters are required to prepare a maximum of 15 minutes of presentation slides in PowerPoint Format (ppt) and MUST be uploaded through EDAS ( deadline 24 February 2024 ).
2. Please use ICPEA 2024 conference PowerPoint slide template ( PowerPoint Slide Template )
3. Your presentation should have as filename, the PAPER NUMBER of your paper followed by the PRESENTER NAME (Example: 1570123456 ASSOC PROF DR AHMAD SHAUQI , 1570567890 MR ADAM CHARLES )
4. To upload PowerPoint in EDAS, after logging into EDAS , click the 'My Papers' tab, click on your paper title and then scroll down to the 'Presentation' row and click on the cloud-shaped upload icon. From there, follow the instructions to upload your presentation.
5. Please declare "Presenter" in EDAS. To do this, after logging into EDAS , click the 'My Papers' tab, click on your paper title and then click the Change/Add icon in the 'Presenter (s)' row. Indicate who will present the paper and click the 'Add presenter (Save)' button.
Conference Day (4 th – 5 th March 2024)
1. Please ensure that the presenter enters the correct conference room for the session ( session timetable ) .
2. All presenters should come to the presentation room 10 minutes before the session starts .
3. Presentations are maximally 15 minutes .
4. There will be NO recorded video allowed. All presenters must present LIVE physically according to the timetable.
5. Each session will be hosted by a Session Chair and assisted by a Session Vice-Chair.
6. All presenters must be in the conference room throughout the session. After completing your presentation in 15 minutes, 5 minutes will be allocated for the Question & Answer session.
