সপ্তম শ্রেণির বিষয়ভিত্তিক মূল্যায়ন নির্দেশিকা পিডিএফ ২০২৪ শিক্ষাবর্ষ

নতুন কারিকুলাম যথাযথভাবে বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য ষষ্ঠ ও সপ্তম শ্রেণির জন্য পূর্বের পারদর্শিতার নির্দেশকসমূহের (PI) পরিমার্জন করে নতুন করে প্রণয়ন করা হয়েছে। এছাড়াও অষ্টম ও নবম শ্রেণির জন্য পারদর্শিতার নির্দেশকসমূহ (PI) প্রণয়ন করে ষষ্ঠ থেকে নবম শ্রেণির জন্য বিষয়ভিত্তিক শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন ট্যুলস ও নির্দেশনা এনসিটিবি কর্তৃক প্রস্তুত করা হয়েছে। এমতাবস্থায়, এনসিটিবি কর্তৃক প্রস্তুতকৃত বিষয়ভিত্তিক মূল্যায়ন ট্যুলস ও নির্দেশনা অনুসরণপূর্বক ষষ্ঠ থেকে নবম শ্রেণিতে শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য নির্দেশক্রমে অনুরোধ করা হলো। সুপ্রিয় শিক্ষকমণ্ডলী, ২০২২ সাল থেকে শুরু হওয়া নতুন শিক্ষাক্রমের মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়ায় আপনাকে সহায়তা দেওয়ার জন্য এই নির্দেশিকা প্রণীত হয়েছে। আপনারা ইতোমধ্যেই জানেন যে নতুন শিক্ষাক্রমে গতানুগতিক পরীক্ষা থাকছে না, বরং সম্পূর্ণ নতুন ধরনের মূল্যায়নের কথা বলা হয়েছে। ইতোমধ্যে অনলাইন ও অফলাইন প্রশিক্ষণে নতুন শিক্ষাক্রমের মূল্যায়ন নিয়ে আপনারা বিস্তারিত ধারণা পেয়েছেন। এছাড়া শিক্ষক সহায়িকাতেও মূল্যায়নের প্রাথমিক নির্দেশনা দেয়া আছে এবং ২০২৩ শিক্ষাবর্ষে আপনারা সফলভাবে শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন ও সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন সম্পন্ন করেছেন। তারপরেও, সম্পূর্ণ নতুন ধরনের মূল্যায়ন বিধায় এই মূল্যায়নের প্রক্রিয়া নিয়ে আপনাদের মনে অনেক ধরনের প্রশ্ন থাকতে পারে। এই নির্দেশিকা সেসকল প্রশ্নের উত্তর খুঁজে পেতে ও মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়ায় আপনার ভূমিকা ও কাজের পরিধি সুস্পষ্ট করতে সাহায্য করবে। যে বিষয়গুলি মনে রাখতে হবে, ১। নতুন শিক্ষাক্রম বিষয়বস্তুভিত্তিক নয়, বরং যোগ্যতাভিত্তিক। এখানে শিক্ষার্থীর শিখনের উদ্দেশ্য হলো কিছু সুনির্দিষ্ট যোগ্যতা অর্জন। কাজেই শিক্ষার্থী বিষয়গত জ্ঞান কতটা মনে রাখতে পারছে তা এখন আর মূল্যায়নে মূল বিবেচ্য নয়, বরং যোগ্যতার সবকয়টি উপাদান-জ্ঞান, দক্ষতা, দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ও মূল্যবোধের সমন্বয়ে সে কতটা পারদর্শিতা অর্জন করতে পারছে তার ভিত্তিতেই তাকে মূল্যায়ন করা হবে। ২। শিখন-শেখানো প্রক্রিয়াটি অভিজ্ঞতাভিত্তিক। অর্থাৎ শিক্ষার্থী বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতাভিত্তিক শিখনের মধ্য দিয়ে যোগ্যতা অর্জনের পথে এগিয়ে যাবে। আর এই অভিজ্ঞতা চলাকালে শিক্ষক শিক্ষার্থীর কাজ এবং আচরন পর্যবেক্ষণ করে মূল্যায়ন চালিয়ে যাবেন। প্রতিটি অভিজ্ঞতা শেষে পারদর্শিতার সূচক অনুযায়ী শিক্ষার্থীর যোগ্যতা অর্জনের মাত্রা রেকর্ড করবেন। ৩। নম্বরভিত্তিক ফলাফলের পরিবর্তে এই মূল্যায়নের ফলাফল হিসেবে শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জিত যোগ্যতার (জ্ঞান, দক্ষতা, দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ও মূল্যবোধ) বর্ণনামূলক চিত্র পাওয়া যাবে। ৪। শিক্ষক সহায়িকা অনুযায়ী একটি অভিজ্ঞতা চলাকালীন সময়ে শিক্ষার্থী যে সকল কাজের নির্দেশনা দেওয়া আছে শুধুমাত্র ওই কাজগুলকেই মূল্যায়নের জন্য বিবেচনা করতে হবে। বিষয়ভিত্তিক নির্দেশনা বাইরে শিক্ষার্থীদের অতিরিক্ত কাজ করানো যাবেনা। ৫। অভিজ্ঞতা পরিচালনার সময় যেখানে শিক্ষা উপকরণের প্রয়োজন হয়, শিক্ষক নিশ্চিত করবেন যেন উপকরণ গুলো বিনামূল্যের, স্বল্পমূল্যের এবং পুনঃব্যবহারযোগ্য (রিসাইকেল) উপাদান দিয়ে তৈরি। প্রয়োজনে বিদ্যালয় এইসব শিক্ষা উপকরণের ব্যায়ভার বহন করবে। ৫। মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া শিখনকালীন ও সামষ্টিক এই দুটি পর্যায়ে সম্পন্ন হবে। ২০২৪ সালে সপ্তম শ্রেণির শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন পরিচালনায় শিক্ষকের করণীয় শিক্ষার্থীরা কোনো শিখন যোগ্যতা অর্জনের পথে কতটা অগ্রসর হচ্ছে তা পর্যবেক্ষণের সুবিধার্থে প্রতিটি একক যোগ্যতার জন্য এক বা একাধিক পারদর্শিতার সূচক (Performance Indicator, PI) নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। প্রতিটি পারদর্শিতার সূচকের আবার তিনটি মাত্রা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। শিক্ষক মূল্যায়ন করতে গিয়ে শিক্ষার্থীর পারদর্শিতার ভিত্তিতে এই সূচকে তার অর্জিত মাত্রা নির্ধারণ করবেন ষষ্ঠ শ্রেণির এই বিষয়ের যোগ্যতাসমূহের পারদর্শিতার সূচকসমূহ এবং তাদের তিনটি মাত্রা পরিশিষ্ট-১ এ দেয়া আছে। প্রতিটি পারদর্শিতার সূচকের তিনটি মাত্রাকে মূল্যায়নের তথ্য সংগ্রহের সুবিধার্থে চতুর্ভুজ, বৃত্ত, বা ত্রিভূজ ( □ ○ △ ) দিয়ে চিহ্নিত করা হয়েছে)। শিখনকালীন ও সামষ্টিক উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই পারদর্শিতার সূচকে অর্জিত মাত্রার উপর ভিত্তি করে শিক্ষার্থীর যোগ্যতা অর্জনের মাত্রা নির্ধারিত হবে। শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়নের অংশ হিসেবে প্রতিটি শিখন অভিজ্ঞতা শেষে শিক্ষক ঐ অভিজ্ঞতার সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট পারদর্শিতার সূচকসমূহে শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জিত মাত্রা নিরূপণ করবেন ও রেকর্ড করবেন। এছাড়া শিক্ষাবর্ষ শুরুর ছয় মাস পর একটি এবং বছর শেষে আরেকটি ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নে শিক্ষার্থীদের পূর্বনির্ধারিত কিছু কাজ (এসাইনমেন্ট, প্রকল্প ইত্যাদি) সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এই প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালে এবং প্রক্রিয়া শেষে একইভাবে পারদর্শিতার সূচকসমূহে শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জিত মাত্রা নির্ধারণ করা হবে। প্রথম ছয় মাসের শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন এবং ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে শিক্ষার্থীর ষান্মাসিক একাডেমিক ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট তৈরি হবে। প্রথম ষান্মাসিক মূল্যায়নের রেকর্ড, পরবর্তী ৬ মাসের শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন এবং বার্ষিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের রেকর্ডের সমন্বয়ে পরবর্তীতে বার্ষিক ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট এবং রিপোর্ট কার্ড প্রস্তুত করা হবে। ক) শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়ন এই মূল্যায়ন কার্যক্রমটি শিখনকালীন অর্থাৎ শিখন অভিজ্ঞতা চলাকালে পরিচালিত হবে। ✓ শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়নের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটি শিখন অভিজ্ঞতা শেষে শিক্ষক সংশ্লিষ্ট শিখনযোগ্যতা মূল্যায়নের জন্য নির্ধারিত পারদর্শিতার সূচক বা PI (পরিশিষ্ট-২ দেখুন) ব্যবহার করে শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়নের রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করবেন। পরিশিষ্ট-২ এ প্রতিটি শিখন অভিজ্ঞতায় কোন কোন PI এর ইনপুট দিতে হবে, এবং কোন প্রমাণকের ভিত্তিতে দিতে হবে তা দেয়া আছে। প্রতিটি শিখন অভিজ্ঞতার ক্ষেত্রে সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের তথ্য ইনপুট দেয়ার সুবিধার্থে পরিশিষ্ট-৩ এ একটি ফাঁকা ছক দেয়া আছে। এই ছকে নির্দিষ্ট শিখন অভিজ্ঞতার নাম ও প্রযোজ্য PI নম্বর লিখে ধারাবাহিকভাবে সকল শিক্ষার্থীর মূল্যায়নের তথ্য রেকর্ড করা হবে। শিক্ষক প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর পারদর্শিতার ভিত্তিতে সংশ্লিষ্ট PI এর জন্য প্রদত্ত তিনটি মাত্রা থেকে প্রযোজ্য মাত্রাটি নির্ধারণ করবেন, এবং সে অনুযায়ী চতুর্ভুজ, বৃত্ত, বা ত্রিভূজ ( □ ○ △) ভরাট করবেন। শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষকের রেকর্ড রাখার সুবিধার্থে এই চিহ্নগুলো ঠিক করা হয়েছে। শিক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা বিবেচনায় এই ছকের প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক ফটোকপি করে তার সাহায্যে শিখন অভিজ্ঞতাভিত্তিক মূল্যায়নের রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা হবে। ✓ ছকে ইনপুট দেওয়া হয়ে গেলে শিক্ষক পরবর্তীতে যে কোন সুবধাজনক সময়ে (অভিজ্ঞতা শেষ হওয়ার এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে) এই শিট থেকে শিক্ষার্থীর তথ্য 'নৈপুণ্য' এপস এ ইনপুট দিবেন। ✓ শিখনকালীন মূল্যায়নের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষক যেসকল প্রমাণকের সাহায্যে পারদর্শিতার সূচকে শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জনের মাত্রা নিরূপণ করেছেন সেগুলো শিক্ষাবর্ষের শেষ দিন পর্যন্ত সংরক্ষণ করবেন। খ) ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন ✓ ২০২৪ সালের বছরের মাঝামাঝিতে বিষয়ের ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন ও বছরের শেষে বাৎসরিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। পূর্ব ঘোষিত এক সপ্তাহ ধরে এই মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে পরিচালিত হবে। স্বাভাবিক ক্লাসরুটিন অনুযায়ী বিষয়ের জন্য নির্ধারিত সময়ে শিক্ষার্থীরা তাদের সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের জন্য অর্পিত কাজ সম্পন্ন করবে। ✓ সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের ক্ষেত্রে অন্তত এক সপ্তাহ আগে শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা বুঝিয়ে দিতে হবে এবং সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন শেষে অর্জিত পারদর্শিতার মাত্রা রেকর্ড করতে হবে। ✓ শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রদেয় কাজের নির্দেশনা, সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন ছক, এবং শিক্ষকের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য নির্দেশাবলী সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানে সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কয়েকদিন পূর্বে বিদ্যালয়ে প্রেরণ করা হবে। গ) শিক্ষার্থীর অনুপস্থিতির ক্ষেত্রে করনীয় ✓ যদি কোন অভিজ্ঞতা চলাকালীন সময়ে কোন শিক্ষার্থী আংশিক সময় বা পুরোটা সময় বিদ্যালয়ে অনুপুস্থিত থাকে তাহলে ঐ শিক্ষার্থীকে ঐ যোগ্যতাটি অর্জন কারনোর জন্য পরবর্তীতে এনসিটিবির নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী নিচের নিরাময়মূলক পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে। এই নির্দেশনা পরবর্তীতে দেওয়া হবে। ঘ) আচরণিক নির্দেশক পরিশিষ্ট ৫ এ আচরণিক নির্দেশকের একটা তালিকা দেয়া আছে। শিক্ষক বছর জুড়ে পুরো শিখন কার্যক্রম চলাকালে শিক্ষার্থীদের আচরণ, দলীয় কাজে অংশগ্রহণ, আগ্রহ, সহযোগিতামূলক মনোভাব ইত্যাদি পর্যবেক্ষণ করে এই নির্দেশকসমূহে প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জনের মাত্রা নির্ধারণ করবেন। পারদর্শিতার নির্দেশকের পাশাপাশি এই আচরণিক নির্দেশকে অর্জনের মাত্রাও প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর ট্রান্সক্রিপ্টের অংশ হিসেবে যুক্ত থাকবে। আচরণিক নির্দেশকগুলোতে শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জনের মাত্রা শিক্ষক বছরে শুধুমাত্র দুইবার ইনপুট দিবেন। ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের সময় একবার এবং বাৎসরিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের সময় একবার। ঙ) শিক্ষার্থীর ষান্মাসিক মূল্যায়নের ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট প্রস্তুতকরণ কোনো একজন শিক্ষার্থীর সবগুলো পারদর্শিতার সূচকে অর্জনের মাত্রা ট্রান্সক্রিপ্টে উল্লেখ করা থাকবে (পরিশিষ্ট-৪ এ ষান্মাসিক মূল্যায়ন শেষে শিক্ষার্থীর ট্রান্সক্রিপ্টের ফরম্যাট সংযুক্ত করা আছে)। শিক্ষার্থীর মূল্যায়নের প্রতিবেদন হিসেবে ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নের পর এই ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট প্রস্তুত করা হবে, যা থেকে শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যাক্তিবর্গ বিষয়ে শিক্ষার্থীর সামগ্রিক অগ্রগতির একটা চিত্র বুঝতে পারবেন। শিখনকালীন ও ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নে প্রত্যেক শিক্ষার্থীর অর্জিত পারদর্শিতার মাত্রার ভিত্তিতে তার ষান্মাসিক মূল্যায়নের ট্রান্সক্রিপ্ট তৈরি করা হবে। ট্রান্সক্রিপ্টের ক্ষেত্রেও শিক্ষার্থীর প্রাপ্ত অর্জনের মাত্রা চতুর্ভুজ, বৃত্ত, বা ত্রিভূজ (০) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হবে। এখানে উল্লেখ্য যে, শিখনকালীন ও ষান্মাসিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়নে একই পারদর্শিতার সূচকে একাধিকবার তার অর্জনের মাত্রা নিরূপণ করতে হতে পারে। এরকম ক্ষেত্রে, একই পারদর্শিতার সূচকে কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর দুই বা ততোধিক বার ভিন্ন ভিন্ন মাত্রার পর্যবেক্ষণ
