The evaluation of the internal assessment under the ICSE examination 2024-25 for the Hindi subject consists of two or three assignments. The following are the important topics for assignments for internal assessment as per the ICSE class 10 Hindi syllabus 2024-25. 

The subject teacher and external examiner will evaluate the internal assessment based on the performance in assignments. A total of 10 marks is assigned to each examiner. The important points regarding the evaluation procedure as per the ICSE class 10 Hindi syllabus 2024-25 are as follows:

• The subject teacher and external examiner are in charge of conducting the evaluation process of internal assessment.  
• The school head will nominate the external examiner who doesn’t teach in the same class.

• निम्नलिखित विषयों में से किसी एक विषय पर हिन्दी में लगभग 250 शब्दों में संक्षिप्त लेख लिखिए: (i) जीवन में खेलकूद मनोरंजन प्रदान करने के साथ-साथ सुख समृद्धि भी देते हैं। विद्यार्थी जीवन में इसकी उपयोगिता बहुत अधिक है। अपने किसी प्रिय खेल का वर्णन करें तथा यह खेल भविष्य में आपको कैसे लाभान्वित कर सकता है, निबंध में अपनी भविष्य की योजनाएं भी बताइए। (ii) ‘परोपकार की भावना लोक-कल्याण से पूर्ण होती है।’ हमें भी परोपकार से भरा जीवन ही जीना चाहिए। विषय को स्पष्ट करते हुए अपने विचार लिखिए। (iii) ‘स्वच्छता अभियान में सरकारी तंत्र की अपेक्षा नागरिकों की जागरूकता अधिक प्रभावपूर्ण मानी जाती है’ जनता के सहयोग से ही देश स्वच्छ सुन्दर बन सकता हैं, आप इस कथन से कहाँ तक सहमत हैं ? स्पष्ट करें। (iv) एक मौलिक कहानी लिखो, जिसके अंत में ये स्पष्ट हो “जाको राखे साइयाँ। मार सके न कोय।”
• निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक विषय पर हिन्दी में लगभग 120 शब्दों में पत्र लिखिए: (i) आपका छोटा भाई अपना अधिकांश समय मोबाइल फोन के उपयोग में बिताता है। मोबाइल फोन के अधिक उपयोग से होने वाली हानियों का उल्लेख करते हुए उसे पत्र लिखिए। (ii) आपके क्षेत्र में मलेरिया तथा डेंगू का प्रकोप बढ़ गया है। इसकी रोकथाम के लिए नगर-निगम के अध्यक्ष को एक पत्र लिखिए।
• निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को पढ़िए और उसके नीचे लिखे प्रश्नों के उत्तर हिन्दी में लिखिए : ‘दोनों घंटों साथ बैठते, बातें करते’ । [‘बात अठन्नी की’- सुदर्शन] [‘Baat Athanni Ki’-Sudarshan] (i) ‘दोनों’ शब्द से किस-किस की ओर संकेत हैं ? (ii) वे दोनों किस-किस के यहाँ काम करते थे ? (iii) वे दोनों जिन लोगों के यहां काम करते थे, उनमें कौन-सी बात समान थी ? (iv) किस घटना से स्पष्ट होता है कि दोनों में बहुत मैत्री थी ?
• निम्नलिखित अवतरण को पढ़िए और उसके नीचे लिखे प्रश्नों के उत्तर हिन्दी में लिखिए : मीनू के हृदय में हीन भावना के कारण जो दुख के भाव थे, खुशी में परिवर्तित हो गए। प्रथम श्रेणी में पास होने पर फूली नहीं समाई। (i) मीनू के हृदय में हीन भावना ने क्यों स्थान बना लिया था ? (ii) मीनू को अपने परीक्षा परिणाम की सूचना कहां मिली थी ? (iii) नीलिमा और मीनू के बीच क्या संबंध थे? मीनू नीलिमा को किस बात की सूचना देने आई थी और क्यों ? (iv) मीनू के मन में प्रसन्नता, उदासी और पुनः प्रसन्नता के भाव कब और किस प्रकार जागृत हुए ?

Hindi Nibandh for ICSE Students (Essay) # 1

स्वामी विवेकानंद भारत के एक महापुरुष थे । उन्होंने भारत के लोगों को उनके प्राचीन गौरव का स्मरण कराया । वे एक ऐसे व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने भारत के लोगों को स्वधर्म के प्रति जागरूक किया । वे सच्चे लोकसेवक एवं महान संत थे ।

विवेकानंद जी के बचपन का नाम नरेंद्र दल था । वे 12 जनवरी, सन् 1863 ई. में कोलकाता के एक क्षत्रिय परिवार में जन्मे थे । उनके 184 पिता विश्वनाथ दल कोलकाता उच्च न्यायालय के प्रसिद्ध वकील थे । विवेकानंद की आरंभिक शिक्षा कोलकाता में ही हुई ।

मैट्रिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर वे कोलकाता के ‘जनरल असेंबली’ कॉलेज में दाखिल हुए । यहाँ उन्होंने साहित्य इतिहास दर्शन आदि विषयों का अध्ययन किया । अपने छात्र जीवन में वे ईश्वर और धर्म को शंका की दृष्टि से देखते थे । अपनी जिज्ञासा को शांत करने के लिए वे ब्रह्म समाज के सदस्यों के निकट गए ।

सत्रह वर्ष की आयु में उनकी भेंट रामकृष्ण परमहंस से हुई । उन्होंने नरेंद्र के विचारों पर बहुत प्रभाव डाला । नरेंद्र ने रामकृष्ण परमहंस को अपना गुरु माना इनसे दीक्षा ली । इसी बीच नरेंद्र के पिता की मृत्यु हो गई । परिवार का दायित्व उनके कंधों पर आ गया ।

वे गुरु की शरण में गए । गुरु परमहंस ने कहा, ”माँ काली से जो माँगना है, माँग ले । वे अवश्य ही तेरे दु:खों को दूर करेंगी ।” नरेंद्र काली माँ के मंदिर में गए । परंतु वे धन-संपत्ति माँगने की जगह उनसे श्रद्धा भक्ति और बुद्धि माँग बैठे ।

रामकृष्ण ने एक दिन अपनी आत्मिक शक्ति से नरेंद्र को तेज और आध्यात्म बल प्रदान किया । उन्हें नरेंद्र से विवेकानंद बना दिया । रामकृष्ण परमहंस के निधन के बाद स्वामी विवेकानंद कोलकाता छोड़कर बराद नगर के आश्रम में जाकर रहने लगे । यहाँ उन्होंने धर्म-शास्त्रों का अध्ययन किया ।

इसके बाद वे भारत भ्रमण पर निकल पड़े । उन्होंने लोगों के मन में धर्म के प्रति आस्था उत्पन्न की । भारतवासियों को उनके आत्मगौरव का ज्ञान कराया । सन् 1893 ई. में वे विश्व धर्म सम्मेलन में भाग लेने अमेरिका के नगर शिकागो गए ।

उन्हें सम्मेलन में सबसे अत में बोलने की अनुमति मिली । परतु उनका प्रथम भाषण ही इतना प्रभावशाली था कि अमेरिका में खलबली मच गई । उन्हें सुनने के लिए लोगों की भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी । विवेकानंद जी ने लोगों को धर्म का असली स्वरूप बताकर उनकी जिज्ञासा शांत की ।

शिकागो सम्मेलन के बाद विवेकानंद ने अमेरिका में अन्य स्थानों की यात्राएँ कीं । उन्होंने यूरोपीय देशों का भी भ्रमण किया । उनके भाषणों, लेखों आदि का वहाँ के लोगों पर गहरा प्रभाव पड़ा । पश्चिमी देशों के कुछ लोग उनके शिष्य हो गए । चार वर्षों तक विदेशों में भ्रमण के बाद विवेकानंद भारत लौट आए ।

भारत लौटने पर उनका विभिन्न स्थानों पर भव्य स्वागत हुआ । उन्होंने भारत के लोगों को वीरता बलिदान और त्याग की शिक्षा दी । भारत के गरीबों, दलितों, पीड़ितों की सेवा को उन्होंने ईश्वर की पूजा बताया । वे भारत की गरीबी परतंत्रता एवं दीन-हीन दशा देखकर बहुत दुखी थे ।

स्वामी जी ने मानवता की भलाई के लिए ‘रामकृष्ण मिशन’ नामक संस्था की स्थापना की । इस मिशन की सफलता के लिए उन्होंने बहुत परिश्रम किया । इससे उनके स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ा । 4 जुलाई, 1902 ई. के दिन मात्र 39 वर्ष की आयु में इस महान पुरुष ने अपना नश्वर शरीर त्याग दिया । परंतु उनका यह संदेश सदैव हमें प्रेरणा देता रहेगा कि उठो, जागो और अपने लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति तक चैन से मत बैठो ।

महाराणा प्रताप की गिनती भारत के गिने-चुने सपूतों में की जाती है । वे बड़े ही स्वतंत्रता प्रेमी व्यक्ति थे । वे जीवन भर अपनी जन्मभूमि की रक्षा के लिए जूझते रहे । ऐसे समय जबकि भारत पर मुगल साम्राज्य का बोलबाला था महाराणा प्रताप ने अपनी मातृभूमि चित्तौड़ की रक्षा का प्रण लिया था ।

महाराणा प्रताप का जन्म 31 मई 1539 ई. के दिन हुआ था । इनके पिता का नाम उदय सिंह था । प्रताप बचपन से ही वीर और साहसी थे । जिस समय इन्हें मेवाड़ का महाराणा बनाया गया उस समय तक राज्य के अनेक भागों पर अकबर का शासन था ।

महाराणा को अकबर जैसे शक्तिशाली मुगल सम्राट से जूझना पड़ा । परंतु महाराणा प्रताप ने हिम्मत नहीं हारी । इन्होंने अकबर की सेना का दृढ़ता से मुकाबला किया । कई प्रयत्नों के बाद भी अकबर मेवाड़ को जीतने में सफल नहीं हुआ ।

तब अकबर ने सेनापति मान सिंह के नेतृत्व में एक विशाल सेना को मेवाड़ पर आक्रमण के लिए भेजा । हल्दीघाटी में मान सिंह और महाराणा प्रताप के बीच महासंग्राम हुआ । प्रताप के पास सैनिकों की संख्या काफी कम थी ।

फिर भी घमासान युद्ध हुआ । राणा के सैनिक सिंह के समान गर्जना करते हुए शत्रु सेना पर टूट पड़े । मान सिंह के अधीन मुगल सेना ने भी पलटकर वार किया । प्रताप की सेना हार गई परंतु वे स्वयं मुगलों की पकड़ में नहीं आए ।

युद्ध स्थल से लौटते समय उनके प्रसिद्ध चेतक घोड़े ने दम तोड़ दिया । वे दूसरे घोड़े पर सवार होकर किसी सुरक्षित स्थान में चले गए । बाद में प्रताप ने अनेक कष्ट सहे इन्हें सपरिवार जंगल में शरण लेनी पड़ी । इन्होंने घास की रोटियाँ खाना स्वीकार किया परंतु मुगलों की अधीनता स्वीकार नहीं की ।

इस दौरान इन्होंने मुगलों से छापामार युद्ध किया । वे फिर से सैनिकों को संगठित करने में जुट गए । इस कार्य में मेवाड़ के गौरव भामाशाह ने बहुत मदद की । इन्होंने अपनी सारी धन-संपत्ति राणा प्रताप को भेंट कर दी ।

इन्होंने शत्रुओं के कब्जे वाले कई दुर्ग फिर से जीत लिए । वे जीवन भर मेवाड़ की रक्षा के प्रति समर्पित रहे । 15 जनवरी, 1597 ई. के दिन इनका स्वर्गवास हो गया । महाराणा प्रताप देश के स्वाभिमान के लिए अपना सभी सुख त्याग देने वाले एक महान शासक थे ।

युद्ध के मैदान में वे सैकड़ों शत्रुओं को पराजित करने की क्षमता रखते थे । इनके रक्त में राजपूताना पराक्रम था । इनकी रण-कुशलता का लोहा इनके विरोधी भी मानते थे । इस अमर सेनानी पर भारतवासियों को गर्व है ।

भारत महापुरुषों एवं संतों की भूमि है । भारत संपूर्ण जगत को धर्म और आध्यात्म की शिक्षा देता आया है । हमारे महापुरुषों ने मनुष्य समुदाय को ईश्वर प्राप्ति का सच्चा मार्ग बताया है ।

गुरु नानक देव जी का नाम भी इसी श्रेणी के महान व्यक्तियों में बड़े आदर के साथ लिया जाता है । गुरु नानक का जन्म 20 अक्तूबर, 1469 ई. में कार्तिक पूर्णिमा के दिन तलवंडी नामक गाँव में हुआ था । तलवंडी अब पाकिस्तान के पंजाब प्रांत में है जिसे ननकाना साहब के नाम से जाना जाता है ।

इनके पिता का नाम कालूचंद था जो पटवारी का कार्य करते थे । इनकी माता श्रीमती तृप्ता देवी एक धर्मपरायण महिला थीं । नानक जी बचपन से ही ईश्वर भक्त थे । इनका अधिकांश समय ईश्वर भजन एवं स्मरण में बीतता ऊा । खेतों में गाय-भैंसों को चराते तथा ईश्वर-भजन भी करते थे ।

इन्होंने संस्कृत और अरबी-फारसी भाषा का भी अध्ययन किया । कुछ बड़े हुए तो पिता नेऊ व्यापार करने को कहा । कुछ रुपए देकर सच्चा सौदा करने के लिए कहा । नानक बाजार की ओर चल पड़े । रास्ते में कुछ भूखे साधु-सत मिले । पिता से मिले रुपए इन साधु-संतों को खिलाने-पिलाने में खर्च कर दिए ।

वापस लौट कर पिता से कहा ”साधु-संतों की सेवा से बढ्‌कर सच्चा सौदा और क्या हो सकता है ।” सोलह वर्ष की उम्र में नानक ने एक अनाज की दुकान में नौकरी कर ली । जो भी धन मिलता उसे भूखे लोगों एवं साधुओं पर खर्च कर देते थे ।

अठारह वर्ष की आयु में इनका विवाह सुलक्षणा देवी से हुआ । इन्हें दो पुत्र भी हुए । परंतु इनेका मन गृहस्थी में न रमा । ये घर-बार छोड़कर धर्म के प्रचार के लिए निकल पड़े । अपनी यात्रा के दौरान वे जहाँ भी ठहरते लोगों को उपदेश देते उन्हें सच्चे धर्म की शिक्षा देते ।

वे मुसलमानों के पवित्र तीर्थस्थल मक्का-मदीना भी गए । वहाँ के लोग भी नानक से बहुत प्रभावित हुए । वे लोगों को निर्गुण एवं निराकार ईश्वर की भक्ति करने का उपदेश देते थे । उन्होंने छुआछूत मूर्तिपूजा कर्मकांड आदि का विरोध किया । उन्होंने लोगों को अपना संदेश बहुत ही सरल भाषा में दिया ।

सच्चे मन से प्रभु का भजन परिश्रम संयम आदि को उन्होंने उन्नति का मार्ग बताया । सत्य बोलो दूसरों की निंदा मत करो मधुर वाणी बोलो क्रोध मत करो आदि उनके प्रमुख उपदेश थे । गुरु नानक देव की वाणी ‘गुरु ग्रंथ साहब’ में संकलित है । अपने जीवन के अंतिम दिनों में वे करतारपुर में रहने लगे ।

वहाँ सत्संग और लंगर का कार्यक्रम चलता रहता था । नानक ने ‘लक्षणा’ को अपना परम शिष्य बनाकर उसका नाम अंगद रखा । गुरु अंगददेव ने नानक के बाद उनका स्थान ग्रहण किया । 2 सितंबर सन् 1539 ई. के दिन उनका देहावसान हो गया । गुरु नानक के शिष्यों ने सिक्स धर्म का प्रचार किया । गुरु नानक सिक्सों के पहले गुरु माने जाते हैं ।

वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारों के कारण पर्यटन को तो बढ़ावा मिला है परंतु इसके कारण सुंदर पर्यटन स्थलों पर कूड़ा-कचरा तथा गंदगी भी बड़ी है । हमने कृषि विज्ञान को अपनाकर उत्पादन में तो बढ़ोतरी कर ली है परंतु कृत्रिम उर्वरकों तथा कीटनाशक पदार्थों के छिड़काव के कारण कृषि भूमि की उर्वरा शक्ति दिनों-दिन घट रही है ।

अनाजों फलों सब्जियों तथा अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों में कीटनाशक तत्व घुल-मिल गए हैं जिससे लोगों का स्वास्थ्य प्रभावित हो रहा है । कागज दियासलाई फर्नीचर आदि उद्योगों का कच्चा माल वनों की लकड़ी होती है । इन उद्योगों के विकास के कारण वनों का नाश हो रहा है ।

वनों के नाश के कारण बाद और सूखे की स्थितियाँ आम हो गई हैं । खतरनाक गैसों के वायुमंडल में छोड़े जाने के फलस्वरूप विश्व के तापमान में वृद्धि होती जा रही है । विज्ञान ने मनुष्यों के हाथ में कई खतरनाक हथियार सौंप दिए हैं ।

आणविक हथियारों के प्रसार के कारण पृथ्वी पर जीवन का अस्तित्व ही खतरे में पड़ गया है । रासायनिक जैविक तथा अन्य हथियारों से लैस दुनिया किसी भी तरह से सुरक्षित नहीं रह गई है । विज्ञान ने मनुष्यों को स्वार्थी एवं सुविधाभोगी बना दिया है ।

पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू महात्मा गाँधी के परम शिष्य तथा भारतीय स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के एक महान नेता थे । नेहरू जी भारत के लोगों से बेहद प्यार करते थे । वे सीधे, सच्चे एवं ईमानदार व्यक्ति थे ।

जवाहरलाल नेहरू का जन्म 14 नवंबर, 1889 ई. में इलाहाबाद में हुआ था । इनके पिता मोतीलाल नेहरू एक प्रसिद्ध वकील थे । जवाहरलाल की आरंभिक शिक्षा घर पर हुई । एक अँगरेज शिक्षक इन्हें घर पर पड़ाने आते थे । बाद में 15 वर्ष की आयु में पढ़ाई के लिए इन्हें पिता ने इंग्लैंड भेज दिया ।

वहाँ इन्होंने पहले हैरो स्कूल में तथा बाद में कैंब्रिज विश्वविद्यालय में शिक्षा प्राप्त की । 1912 ई. में बैरिस्टर परीक्षा पास कर वे भारत लौट आए । सन् 1915 ई. में इनका विवाह कमला जी के साथ हुआ । नेहरू जी ने भारत आकर वकालत शुरू की परंतु इस कार्य में मन नहीं लगा । वे महात्मा गाँधी के नेतृत्व में चल रहे स्वतंत्रता आदोलन में कूद पड़े ।

इन्होंने रौलेट एक्ट का विरोध किया तथा असहयोग आदोलन में भाग लिया । महँगा विदेशी कपड़ा उतारकर खादी का मोटा कपड़ा पहनना आरंभ किया । अनेक बार जेल गए । अपने जेल जीवन के दौरान इन्होंने अपार कष्ट सहे । माता-पिता और पत्नी की मृत्यु के दु:खों को झेला परंतु देश के प्रति अपने कर्त्तव्यों से मुँह न मोड़ा ।

नेहरू जी 1929 ई. के लाहौर अधिवेशन में कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष चुने गए । इस दौरान इन्होंने देश के लिए पूर्ण स्वराज्य का लक्ष्य रखा । सन् 1942 के ‘भारत छोड़ो आदोलन’ में भाग लेकर इन्होंने तीन वर्ष के कारावास की सजा पाई । गाँधी जी नेहरू जी तथा अन्य महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों के प्रयत्नों से भारत 15 अगस्त 1947 ई. में आजाद हुआ ।

पं. जवाहरलाल नेहरू स्वतंत्र भारत के प्रथम प्रधानमंत्री बने । सन् 1952 के चुनाव के बाद वै पुन: देश के प्रधानमंत्री बने । इसके बाद वे आजीवन भारत के प्रधानमंत्री बने रहे । नेहरू जी ने भारत के विकास की नींव रखी । इन्होंने भारत में कई बड़े उद्योगों की स्थापना की ।

इन्होंने कृषि तथा औद्योगिक विकास पर बल दिया । इन्होंने भारत में लोकतंत्र की मजबूत परपरा कायम की । विश्व शांति के लिए भी वे हमेशा प्रयत्नशील रहे । पंचशील के सिद्धांतों की स्थापना की । इन्हीं सिद्धांतों के आधार पर पड़ोसी देश चीन से मित्रता का संबंध बना ।

परंतु: 1962 ई. में चीन ने भारत पर आक्रमण कर भारत के साथ विश्वासघात किया । नेहरू जी इस आक्रमण से बड़े दु:खी हुए । 27 मई 1964 ई. के दिन भारत के इस महान नेता का निधन हो गया । नेहरू जी को बच्चों से अछूत प्यार था । इनके जन्म दिवस को बाल दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है । नई दिल्ली के ‘शांति वन’ में नेहरू जी की समाधि बनी हुई है । राष्ट्र अपने इस ‘लाल’ को सदैव याद रखेगा ।

बड़े-बड़े उद्योग-धंधे, बड़े-बड़े बाँध, छोटी-बड़ी मशीनें, सड़कें, फ्लाईओवर, पुलें, रेल की पटरियाँ, वाहनों के टायर आदि विज्ञान की प्रगति के प्रतीक हैं । आधुनिक छपाई कला, कागज का बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पादन, घड़ी, घरेलू उपकरण, कंप्यूटर, विद्युत के उपकरण ये सभी वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारों के उदाहरण हैं ।

यातायात और संचार के नवीनतम साधनों ने आने-जाने तथा दुत गति से संदेश पहुँचाने के कार्य में हमारी बहुत मदद की है । आज दुनिया बहुत छोटी हो गई है । टेलीविजन रेडियो सिनेमा आदि मनोरंजन के साधनों का विकास विज्ञान की ही देन है ।

टेलीफोन मोबाइल फोन आदि संचार के साधनों ने दूरियाँ घटा दी हैं । चिकित्सा विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में भी अनेक आविष्कार हुए हैं । इन आविष्कारों के कारण लाखों लोगों को असमय में मरने से बचाया जा सका है । अनेक लाइलाज बीमारियों का इलाज संभव हो सका है । लोगों को स्वस्थ रखने में विज्ञान की भूमिका दिनों-दिन बढ़ती जा रही है ।

वैज्ञानिक आविष्कारों ने कृषि के विकास में बहुत मदद की है । वैज्ञानिक ख्या से की जाने वाली कृषि के कारण उत्पादन में कई गुणा वृद्धि हुई है । लोग पहले की तरह अब अकाल के कारण नहीं मर रहे । आधुनिक बीजों, उर्वरकों तथा कृषि कार्य में उपयोगी मशीनों ने किसानों की मुश्किलें सरल कर दी हैं ।

विज्ञान के विकास ने बड़े पैमाने पर शिक्षा को सुलभ कर दिया है । इसने लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ाए हैं । इसने नगरीय सभ्यता के विकास में मदद की है । अणु शक्ति का विकास कर मानव ने ऊर्जा उत्पादन में सफलता पाई है ।

हमने कृत्रिम उपग्रह बनाकर अंतरिक्ष में छोड़े हैं जो हमें मौसम की जानकारी देते हैं । ये पृथ्वी की विभिन्न हलचलों की जानकारी देते हैं । सचार के क्षेत्र में भी इनका उपयोग है । मानव ने विज्ञान की मदद से चंद्रमा की यात्रा की है । हमने अंतरिक्ष के कई रहस्यों का पता लगाया है ।

विज्ञान न होता तो हम अंधकार युग में जी रहे होते । विज्ञान के न होने से हमारा जीवन पहले की तरह कष्टमय एवं सुख-सुविधाओं से रहित होता । विज्ञान के वरदानों के हम आभारी हैं ।

टेलीविजन या दूरदर्शन हमारे दैनिक जीवन का एक आवश्यक अंग बन गया है । यह शहरी क्षेत्रों में प्राय: सभी घरों में विराजमान है । ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में भी लगभग एक-चौथाई परिवारों तक टेलीविजन अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करा चुका है ।

यह मनोरंजन का सबसे लोकप्रिय साधन बन गया है । यह शिक्षा और जानकारी का भी उत्तम साधन है । टेलीविजन पर मनोरंजन और शिक्षा के विविध कार्यक्रम प्रसारित किए जाते हैं । टेलीविजन के चैनलों की संख्या भी दिनों-दिन बढ़ती जा रही है ।

पहले हमारे देश में दूरदर्शन ही एक मात्र टी.वी. चैनल था; अब हमारे देश में सौ से अधिक चैनल हैं । इन पर फिल्में तथा फिल्मों से संबंधित अनेक कायम दिखाए जाते हैं । मनोरंजन के चैनलों पर धारावाहिकों तथा कहानियों को भी दिखाया जाता है ।

स्पोर्ट्स चैनल पर हर समय खेल-कूद के कार्यक्रमों को एवं विभिन्न खेलों का सीधा प्रसारण दिखाया जाता है । समाचार चैनलों पर दुनिया भर के समाचार दिखाए जाते हैं । कई चैनल रहस्य-रोमांच से भरपूर दुनिया से हमें अवगत कराते हैं । कई चैनल शिक्षा संबंधी कार्यक्रमों को मनोरंजक ढंग से प्रसारित करते हैं ।

जे.एल. बेयर्ड द्वारा आविष्कृत टेलीविजन हमारे दैनिक जीवन को बहुत प्रभावित करता है । यह लोगों के खाली समय का सबसे अच्छा साथी बन गया है । टेलीविजन करोड़ों लोगों को उनकी पसंद का कार्यक्रम दिखाकर घर बैठे ही उनका मनोरंजन कर रहा है ।

इसके कारण थियेटर में जाकर सिनेमा देखने वालों की संख्या घटी है । टेलीविजन का सबसे बड़ा दुष्प्रभाव यह है कि बच्चे अपनी पढ़ाई पर कम ध्यान दे रहे हैं । अधिक टी.वी. देखने से उनकी आँखें कमजोर हो जाती हैं तथा उनके कोमल मस्तिष्क पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है ।

बच्चे टेलीविजन से इस तरह चिपक जाते हैं कि उनके खेलने-कूदने के कार्यक्रम भी स्थगित होने लगे हैं । टेलीविजन पर दिखाई जाने वाली हिंसा बच्चों को भी हिंसक बना रही है । टेलीविजन के प्रचार-प्रसार में संचार उपग्रहों का बहुत बड़ा योगदान है ।

केबल टी.वी. और डी.टी.एच. प्रणाली पूरी तरह संचार उपग्रहों पर निर्भर है । डी.टी.एच. अर्थात् डायरेक्ट टू होम सेवा प्राप्त करने के लिए एक विशेष उपकरण की आवश्यकता होती है । यह प्रणाली बिना केबल के ही कार्य करती है । संचार उपग्रहों में कई ट्रांसपोंडर लगे होते हैं जो ध्वनि एवं चित्रों को प्रसारित करते हैं ।

टेलीविजन ने हमारी दुनिया को बहुत छोटा बना दिया है । इसके प्रसार के कारण लाखों लोगों को रोजगार प्राप्त हुआ है । हजारों कलाकारों की कला को टेलीविजन ने लोगों तक पहुँचाया है । गीतकार, गजल, गायक विभिन्न वाद्य यंत्रों को बजाने वाले शास्त्रीय नृत्य एव संगीत के कलाकार आदि टेलीविजन के माध्यम से अपनी कला आम लोगों तक पहुँचा सकते हैं । इस पर प्रसारित विज्ञापनों ने उद्योग और व्यापार को काफी बढ़ावा दिया है । टेलीविजन आधुनिक विज्ञान का चमत्कार है ।

छत्रपती शिवाजी भारत के एक महान एवं तेजस्वी पुरुष थे । उन्होंने भारत के राष्ट्रीय स्वाभिमान की रक्षा का कार्य किया । वे अपने समय के एक कुशल प्रशासक, वीर सेनानी एव प्रजा के हित की चिंता करने वाले व्यक्ति थे ।

शिवाजी का जन्म 10 अप्रैल सन् 1627 ई. के दिन महाराष्ट्र के शिवनेरी के दुर्ग में हुआ था । उनके पिता का नाम शाहजी तथा माता का नाम जीजाबाई था । शिवाजी के जन्म के बाद शाहजी ने दूसरा विवाह कर लिया । इसके बाद जीजाबाई अपने पुत्र के साथ पूना आ गईं ।

जीजाबाई ने पुत्र शिवाजी के मन में अच्छे संस्कार डाले । उनके अंदर देशभक्ति को भावना जागृत हुई । माता जीजाबाई उन्हें बचपन में रामायण और महाभारत की कहानियों सुनाती थीं । संतों की संगति में उन्हें धर्म की शिक्षा प्राप्त हुई ।

शिवाजी ने दादाजी कोंडदेव से युद्ध-कला एवं शासन-प्रबंध सीखा । शिवाजी ने पूना की जागीर सँभाली । उन्होंने मराठों को एकत्रित कर एक अच्छी सेना भी तैयार की । शिवाजी ने बीजापुर के एक दुर्ग को जीतकर अपनी विजय यात्रा आरंभ की ।

इसके बाद उन्होंने रायगढ़ पुरंदर तथा राजगढ़ के किलों को जीतकर अपनी शक्ति बढ़ाई । इन विजयों से उन्हें काफी धन-संपत्ति प्राप्त हुई । इसका उपयोग उन्होंने अपनी शक्ति बढ़ाने में किया । जब बीजापुर के शासक ने अफजल खाँ को एक बड़ी सेना के साथ शिवाजी को मारने भेजा तो उसे मुँह की खानी पड़ी । अफजल खाँ की फौज भाग खड़ी हुई ।

इधर-मुगल शासक औरंगजेब बढ़ती हुई मराठा शक्ति से चिंतित था । औरंगजेब ने शाइस्ता खाँ को दक्षिण भारत भेजा । शाइस्ता खाँ ने पूना सहित कई किलों पर अधिकार कर लिया । शिवाजी ने एक बरात के रूप में चार सौ सैनिकों के साथ पूना में प्रवेश किया और मुगलों पर अचानक आक्रमण कर दिया ।

शाइस्ता खाँ किसी तरह जान बचाकर भागा । इसके बाद औरंगजेब ने राजा जय सिंह को शिवाजी पर आक्रमण करने भेजा । शिवाजी ने राजा जय सिंह से संधि कर ली । जय सिंह ने शिवाजी को औरंगजेब के दरबार में चलने के लिए मना लिया ।

आगरे वे दरबार में शिवाजी को अपमानित कर उन्हें औरंगजेब ने कैदखाने में डाल दिया । परंतु शिवाजी चतुराई से यहाँ से निकल भागे । इसके बाद शिवाजी ने कई किले तथा दुर्ग जीते । उन्हें काफी प्रसिद्धि मिली । उन्होंने कर के रूप में चौथ प्रणाली शुरू की । 1674 ई. में शिवाजी का राज्याभिषेक हुआ ।

इन्होंने ‘हिंदू पद पादशाही’ की स्थापना की । अपने शासनकाल में उन्होंने लगातार कई विजय प्राप्त की । उनके राज्य का विस्तार कर्नाटक तक हो गया । 5 अप्रैल 1690 ई. के दिन इस महान योद्धा की मृत्यु हो गई । शिवाजी एक स्वाभिमानी तथा आदर्श पुरुष थे । भारत को इन पर गर्व है ।

प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को अपने देश से प्यार होता है । वह अपनी मातृभूमि से इतना लगाव रखता है कि कभी-कभी वह इसके हित के लिए अपनी जान की बाजी लगा देता है ।

अपने देश की फिाई वहाँ की आवोहवा उसे सदैव आकर्षित करती है । हमारा देश भारतवर्ष दुनिया के सभी देशों से बहुत न्यारा है । यह संत-महात्माओं एवं महापुरुषों की जन्मभूमि है । राम कृष्ण महावीर बुद्ध नानक जैसे महानायकों ने इस धरती पर जन्म लिया है ।

अशोक चाणक्य वाल्मीकि कबीर शिवाजी महात्मा गाँधी जैसे महापुरुषों की कर्मभूमि भारत दुनिया को सच्चाई ईमानदारी और वीरता का पाठ पढ़ाता आया है । भारत की सभ्यता एवं संस्कृति उच्च आदर्शों से युक्त रही है । यह तपोभूमि और कर्मभूमि है । कवि जयशंकर प्रसाद लिखते हैं:

”अरुण यह मधुमय देश हमारा, जहाँ पहुँच अनजान क्षितिज को मिलता एक सहारा । ”

भारत को प्रकृति ने बड़े ही सुंदर ढग से सजाया-सँवारा है । यहाँ विश्वविख्यात पर्वत शृंखला हिमालय है जिसकी ऊंची-ऊंची धवल चोटियाँ सदियों से भारत की पहरेदारी करती आई हैं । हिमालय क्षेत्र का प्राकृतिक वातावरण योगियों एवं ध्यानियों को आकर्षित करता रहा है ।

हिमालय क्षेत्र से निकली गंगा, यमुना आदि नदियाँ उत्तर भारत के मैदानों को सिंचित करती रहती हैं । स्वर्ग से उतरी गंगा नदी भारत के लोगों की धार्मिक आस्था का प्रतीक है । यह पापनाशिनी नदी कहलाती है । भारत के सुरम्य पर्वतीय स्थल नदियाँ जलप्रपात, झरने, झील, सरोवर आदि बड़े मनमोहक हैं ।

यहाँ के मैदान, पठार, एवं, समुद्र तट बेहद आकर्षक हैं । यहाँ के वृक्ष पौधे फल-फूल वन एवं वन्य जीवन हमें लुभाते हैं । भारत की धरती प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से परिपूर्ण है । भारत का जनजीवन विविधताओं से भरा हुआ है । यहाँ विभिन्न धर्मों जातियों एवं संप्रदायों के लोग निवास करते हैं । यहाँ के लोगों में धार्मिक सहिष्णुता एवं भाईचारे की भावना कूट-छूट कर भरी हुई है ।

हमारा देश दुनिया को सत्य और अहिंसा का संदेश देता आया है । यहाँ के लोगों की धार्मिक आस्था देखते ही बनती है । व्रत, उपवास, पर्व-त्योहार, पूजा-अर्चना आदि का पर्याप्त महत्व है । ‘वसुधैव कुटुंबकम्’ अर्थात् पूरा विश्व ही एक परिवार है, यह हमारा आदर्श है ।

भारत की इन्हीं महानताओं के आधार पर कवि इकबाल ने कहा था:

‘सारे जहाँ से अच्छा हिंदोस्ताँ हमारा ।’

एक ओर जहाँ हमारा देश धर्म के क्षेत्र में विश्व का सिरमौर रहा है वहीं हम आधुनिक ज्ञान-विज्ञान को अपनाने में भी किसी से पीछे नहीं हैं । आजादी के बाद हमारे देश का तेजी से विकास हुआ है । कृषि, उद्योग, व्यापार आदि क्षेत्रों में हम नई-नई तकनीकी का प्रयोग कर रहे हैं ।

हम परमाणु-शक्ति से संपन्न हैं । हम शीघ्र ही विश्व के विकसित देशों की पंक्ति में खड़े होने में अवश्य सफल होंगे । हमारे किसान, मजदूर, वैज्ञानिक, इंजीनियर एवं आम नागरिक बहुत परिश्रमी हैं । भारत विश्व का एक महान देश है । हमारी विशाल आबादी हमारी कमजोरी नहीं, बल्कि शक्ति है । हमारी आस्था, हमारे धर्म, हमारे विचार तथा हमारी मान्यताएँ उच्च हैं । हमें अपने देश से असीम लगाव है ।

भारत गाँवों का देश कहलाता है । हमारी संस्कृति ग्रामीण मान्यताओं पर आधारित है । हालाँकि आजादी के बाद शहरों की संख्या में तथा यहाँ की आबादी में बहुत वृद्धि हुई है परतु आज भी भारत के लगभग दो-तिहाई लोग गाँवों में निवास करते हैं ।

हमारे गाँवों की दशा आज पहले जैसी नहीं है । पहले भारत के गाँवों में अधिकांश कच्चे मकान हुआ करते थे । बहुत से लोग मिट्टी एवं घास-फूस का घर बनाकर उसमें रहते हैं । आज हमारे गाँवों के अधिकांश घर पक्के हैं । अधिकतर गाँवों तक पक्की सड़क जाती है । गाँवों की गलियाँ पक्की बनाई जा रही हैं । प्राय: सभी गाँवों में बिजली पहुँचा दी गई है ।

गाँवों तक टेलीफोन की तारें भी गई हैं । गाँवों के लोग आधुनिक संचार व्यवस्था से जुड़ गए हैं । यहाँ के का मोबाइल फोन का प्रयोग करने लगे हैं । प्राय: सभी गाँवों में एक प्राथमिक विद्यालय है । कुछ गाँवों में सरकारी डिस्पेंसरी भी खोली गई है । भारत के बहुत से गाँवों में शहरों जैसी आधुनिक सुविधाएँ मौजूद हैं ।

गाँवों के बहुत से व्यक्ति अब पढ़े-लिखे हैं । परंतु भारत के बहुत से गाँव ऐसे भी हैं जहाँ इक्कीसवीं सदी में भी विकास की एक किरण तक नहीं पहुँची है । यहाँ स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का पूर्णतया अभाव है । इस गाँवों तक पहुँचना बरसात के दिनों में कठिन हो जाता है ।

यहाँ अंधविश्वासों एवं गलत सामाजिक प्रथाओं का बोलबाला है । अनेक भारतीय गाँवों में जातिगत भेदभाव अब भी चरम सीमा पर है । लोग परस्पर लड़ते-झगड़ते रहते हैं । अब भारतीय गाँवों में पहले जैसी नैतिकता एवं धार्मिकता नहीं रह गई है । ग्रामीण युवा नशे के गुलाम होते जा रहे हैं ।

अधिकांश ग्रामीण युवक-युवतियों को शहरों में जाकर छोटी-मोटी नौकरी करनी पड़ रही है । ग्रामीण मजदूरों का शहरों की ओर पलायन जारी है । अनपढ़ ग्रामीण शहरों में जाकर या तो मजदूरी करते हैं अथवा रिकशा चलाते हैं । उन्हें महानगरों की झुग्गी-झोपड़ियों में शरण लेनी पड़ती है ।

पिछले पच्चीस-तीस वर्षो में गाँवों की आर्थिक दशा में काफी सुधार हुआ है । खेती-बारी के आधुनिक तौर-तरीकों के प्रयोग से ग्रामीण भारत के किसानों ने देशवासियों के लिए अन्न एवं खाद्य सामग्रियों का उत्पादन तीन गुणा बढ़ा दिया है । आज गाँवों में कृषि कार्य के लिए हैक्टरों का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है ।

बाँध आदि बनने से बहुत से गाँवों में सिंचाई के साधन उपलब्ध हैं । ट्‌यूबवैल से भी सिंचाई हो रही है । कृषि कार्य में मशीनों का प्रयोग बढ़ रहो है । इन उपायों से किसानों की दशा में काफी सुधार हुआ है । कृषि के साथ-साथ पशुपालन मुरगीपालन मधुमक्खीपालन मछलीपालन जैसे कार्य ग्रामीणों द्वारा किए जा रहे हैं । गाँवों में अनाज पीसने चावल तैयार करने जैसे कार्य मिलों के द्वारा होने लगे हैं ।

यद्यपि गाँवों की सुधरी है परतु अभी भी बहुत कुछ किया जाना बाकी है । गाँवों में रोजगार के साधनों की वृद्धि करनी होगी ताकि ग्रामीणों का शहरों की ओर पलायन न हो । ग्रामीणों को शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य की बेहतर सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध करने की भी आवश्यकता है ।

गाँवों में बायो गैस ऊर्जा सौर ऊर्जा जैसे ऊर्जा स्रोतों के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देना होगा । गाँवों की नष्ट हो चुकी हरित पट्टी को फिर से स्थापित करनी होगी । वहाँ वृक्षारोपण एवं बागवानी के विकास की योजनाएँ चलानी होंगी । इन उपायों से ग्रामीण भारत को सुखी-संपन्न एव खुशहाल बनाया जा सकता है ।

मेरे गाँव का नाम सिकंदरा है । यह उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के मेरठ जिले में स्थित है । मेरे गाँव की आबादी लगभग एक हजार है । मेरे गाँव के अधिकतर लोगों का व्यवसाय कृषि है । कुछ लोग सरकारी तथा गैर सरकारी सेवाओं में भी कार्यरत हैं ।

मेरा गाँव उत्तर भारत के अन्य गाँवों जैसा ही है । यहाँ का वातावरण शांत एवंग प्राकृतिक छटा से भरपूर है । मेरे गाँव में कई सरोवर एव बाग-बगीचे हैं । मेरे गाँव की भूमि उपजाऊ है परंतु कृषि कार्य के लिए सिंचाई की आधुनिक सुविधाओं का अभाव है । किसान कुओं तथा तालाबों से फसलों की सिंचाई करते हैं ।

कृषि कार्य के लिए ट्रैक्टरों पंपसेटों तथा अन्य मशीनों का प्रयोग किया जाता है । पेय जल के लिए कुओं तथा हाथपंपों का प्रयोग किया जाता है । मेरे गाँव में खरीफ तथा रबी दोनों प्रकार की फसलें लगाई जाती हैं । धान गेहूँ चना मक्का अरहर मटर तथा सरसों मेरे गाँव की मुख्य उपजें हैं ।

मेरा गाँव पक्की सड़क के द्वारा निकटवर्ती शहर से जुड़ा हुआ है । मेरे गाँव में एक प्राथमिक विद्यालय एवं पंचायत भवन है । पंचायत भवन में पंचायत की बैठकें होती हैं । मेरे गाँव में एक शिवालय है जहाँ ग्रामीण लोग आकर पूजा-अर्चना करते हैं । मंदिर परिसर में शिवरात्रि के अवसर पर मेला लगता है ।

इस मेले में आस-पड़ोस के गाँवों के लोग भी आते हैं । मेले में भारतीय ग्रामीण संस्कृति की झलक स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाई देती है । मेरे गाँव में राष्ट्रीय एवं धार्मिक त्योहार बहुत ही उल्लासपूर्ण ढंग से मनाए जाते हैं । कई अवसरों पर भजन-कीर्तन एवं सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का भी आयोजन होता है ।

इनमें हमारे गाँव के युवकों की भागीदारी बहुत महत्त्वपूर्ण होती है । मेरे गाँव में सप्ताह में दो दिन ग्रामीण हाट भी लगता है । इसमें निकटवर्ती गाँवों के लोग भी आम उपभोक्ता वस्तुएँ खरीदने या बेचने आते हैं । इस बहाने ग्रामीणों का आपसी संपर्क भी हो जाता है ।

हालाकि बड़े स्तर की खरीदारी के लिए लोग निकट के शहर में जाते हैं । हमारा गाँव टेलीफोन सुविधा से जुड़ा हुआ है । कुछ लोग मोबाइल फोन का भी प्रयोग करने लगे हैं । परंतु हमारे गाँव में रोजगार के साधनों का अभाव है । कृषि कार्य में आवश्यकता से अधिक लोग लगे हुए हैं ।

सिंचाई की पर्याप्त सुविधा न होने से कभी-कभी मेरे गाँव के लोगों को सूखे की स्थिति का सामना करना पड़ता है । गाँव के बहुत से युवक रोजगार की तलाश में शहरों की ओर पलायन कर गए हैं । गाँव के कुछ साधन-संपन्न व्यक्ति निकटवर्ती शहरों में रहने लगे हैं ।

मेरे गाँव के लोग परस्पर मेल-मिलाप से रहते हैं । ग्रामीणों में पर्याप्त भाई-चारा है परंतु कभी-कभी आपसी झगड़े भी होते हैं । ग्रामीण झगड़ों को निबटाने में गाँव के बुजुर्ग महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं । मुझे अपने गाँव से बहुत लगाव है । मैं अपने गाँव को एक आदर्श गाँव बनाना चाहता हूँ । इसके लिए गाँव के लोगों को सामूहिक प्रयास करना होगा ।

इसी तरह अलग- अलग प्रांतीय भाषाओं के समाचार-पत्रों का प्रकाशन बड़ी संख्या में होता है । समाचार-पत्र को लोकतंत्र का सजग प्रहरी कहा जाता है । समाचार-पत्रों में भ्रष्टाचार धोखाधड़ी तथा षड्‌यंत्र की खबरें छपती हैं जो आम लोगों को जागरूक बनाती हैं ।

सरकार पर भी इसका प्रभाव पड़ता है । वह बदनामी के डर से सजग हो जाती है । दोषी मंत्रियों को अपना पद छोड़ना पड़ता है । भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होती है । समाचार-पत्रों में अनेक प्रकार के विज्ञापन छपते हैं । रोजगार संबंधी विज्ञापन युवाओं के लिए बड़े उपयोगी होते हैं ।

सरकारी विज्ञापनों से आम लोगों को सरकार की योजनाओं एव उपलब्धियों की जानकारी मिलती है । समाचार-पत्रों में विभिन्न परीक्षाओं के परीक्षाफल भी प्रकाशित होते हैं जो परीक्षार्थियों के हित में होते हैं । समाचार-पत्रों पर मौसम संबंधी जानकारी छपती है जिसका लाभ आम लोगों को होता है । इन पर विभिन्न खबरों का विस्तार से उल्लेख होता है । लोग देश-दुनिया के समाचारों से अवगत होते हैं ।

समाचार-पत्रों पर विभिन्न लेख एव सम-सामयिक गतिविधियों पर संपादकीय भी छपे होते हैं जिसका लाभ विद्यार्थियों तथा आम जनता को प्राप्त होता है । राजनीति खेल कृषि रोजगार साहित्य संस्कृति अर्थ जगत व्यापार आदि से संबंधित खबरें समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों के व्यक्तियों को प्रभावित करती हैं ।

कृषि बागवानी आदि से संबंधित नई-नई जानकारियों का लाभ उठाकर किसान अपनी पैदावार बढ़ा सकते हैं । व्यापीरियो को बाजार के रुझान की जानकारी मिलती है । समाचार-पत्र हमारा मनोरंजन भी करते हैं । इन पर कहानियाँ कार्टून चुटकुले तथा फिल्मी दुनिया के चटपटे समाचार छपते हैं ।

इनके रंगीन पृष्ठों पर आकर्षक तस्वीरें छपी होती हैं । त्योहारों उत्सवों एव सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों से संबंधित आलेख हमारा स्वस्थ मनोरंजन करते हैं । समाचार-पत्र अपने पाठकों की प्रतिक्रिया भी छापते हैं । इस प्रकार समाचार-पत्र हमारे जीवन के हर पहलू से जुड़े होते हैं । यह हमारे लिए सुबह के चाय-नाश्ते का सबसे अच्छा साथी है ।

पर्यावरण प्रदूषण आधुनिक युग की एक बड़ी समस्या है । यह केवल भारत की ही नहीं बल्कि पूरी दुनिया की समस्या है । यह समस्या मनुष्यों द्वारा प्रकृति के साथ की गई छेड़छाड़ और अनियंत्रित ढंग से किए गए विकास का परिणाम है ।

हमारे चारों ओर की परिस्थितियों में पिछले सौ वर्षों की वैज्ञानिक उपलब्धियों के कारण अनेक परिवर्तन आ गए हैं । औद्योगिक विकास के लिए कोयला, पैट्रोल, डीजल आदि ऊर्जा के साधन बड़ी मात्रा में काम में लाए गए हैं ।

इनके उपयोग से हमारी वायु में कार्बन डायऑक्साइड कार्बन मोनोऑक्साइड आदि गैसों की मात्रा बढ़ गई है । इन गैसों की वायु में बढ़ोतरी आधुनिक यंत्रचालित वाहनों के कारण भी हुई है । वायु में इन खतरनाक गैसों की उपस्थिति वायु प्रदूषण का मुख्य कारण है ।

वायु के अतिरिक्त पृथ्वी पर मौजूद जल भी प्रदूषित हो गया है । नदियों तालाबों तथा झीलों में शहरों के नालों का जल छोड़ दिया जाता है । इसके कारण हमारे देश की सभी बड़ी नदियों का जल इतना गंदा हो गया है कि यह पीने लायक नहीं रह गया है ।

दुनिया की आबादी पिछले पचास वर्षो में बड़ी तेजी से बड़ी है । जैसे-जैसे आबादी बढ़ती है वैसे-वैसे प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की माँग भी बढ़ती है । वनों का कटाव इसी का परिणाम है । पृथ्वी का पर्यावरण असंतुलित हो गया है ।

वन्य जीवों की संख्या में कमी, भूमि का कटाव, भूस्खलन, अतिवृष्टि, अनावृष्टि, वायु प्रदूषण आदि वन विनाश के परिणाम कहे जा सकते हैं । पर्यावरण प्रदूषण के प्रभाव को कवि केदारनाथ सिंह ने इन शब्दों में व्यक्त किया है –

”भयानक सूखा है मवेशी खड़े हैं एक दूसरे का मुँह ताकते हुए कहते हैं पिता ऐसा अकाल कभी नहीं देखा ऐसा अकाल कि बस्ती में दूब तक झुलस जाए । ”

वायु में हानिकारक गैसों की वृद्धि पृथ्वी के तापमान में हो रही वृद्धि के लिए जिम्मेदार है । इस घटना को ‘ग्लोबल वार्मिग’ का नाम दिया गया है । पृथ्वी के तापमान में वृद्‌धि के कारण पहाड़ों एव ध्रुवीय क्षेत्रों की बरफ पिघल रही है ।

बरफू के पिघलने से कई छोटे-छोटे द्वीपों के समुद्र में डूबने का खतरा उत्पन्न हो गया है । यह वायु प्रदूषण का ही परिणाम है कि वायुमंडल में ओजोन गैस की परत में छेद हो गया है । ओजोन गैस की परत हमें सूर्य की खतरनाक पराबैंगनी किरणों से बचाती है ।

पर्यावरण प्रदूषण के कई रूप हैं । भूमि का प्रदूषण भी पर्यावरण प्रदूषण की श्रेणी में आता है । भूमि पर औद्योगिक तथा घरेलू कचरों का फैलाव होता जा रहा है । भूमि में कई खतरनाक रसायन घुल-मिल गए हैं । खेतों में कीटनाशकों के छिड़काव के कारण कई ऐसे कीड़े भी मर जाते हैं जो भूमि को उपजाऊ बनाते हैं । भूमि के द्वारा कीटनाशक पदार्थ खाने-पीने के पदार्थो में भी चले आते हैं । ये हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए नुकसानदेह हैं ।

हमें पृथ्वी के पर्यावरण की रक्षा करनी चाहिए । इसके लिए हमें अपनी-अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभानी होगी । हमें इस ढग से विकास करना चाहिए जिससे पर्यावरण को किसी प्रकार की क्षति नहीं पहुँचे । हमें जनसख्या को नियंत्रण में रखना चाहिए । पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा के लिए लोगों में जागरूकता लाने की भी आवश्यकता है ।

चलचित्र आधुनिक युग में मनोरंजन का एक सर्वप्रिय साधन है । इसका इतिहास लगभग सौ वर्ष पुराना है । जब चलचित्र या सिनेमा का प्रचलन आरभ हुआ तो मनोरंजन के पुराने साधनों का प्रयोग धीरे-धीरे कम होने लगा । नाटक नौटंकी तथा लोक कलाओं का स्थान चलचित्र ने ले लिया ।

सबसे पहले मूक फिल्में बननी आरंभ हुईं । इसमें ध्वनि या आवाज नहीं होती थी केवल चित्र दिखाई देते थे । बाद में सवाक् फिल्में बनीं जिसमें कलाकार बोलते भी थे । इस तरह फिल्मों में गीत और संगीत भी आ गया । परंतु ये फिल्में श्वेत-श्याम थीं अर्थात् सफेद और काले चित्र ही दिखाई देते थे ।

जब रंगीन फिल्में बननी आरंभ हुईं तो सिनेमा का आकर्षण और भी बढ़ गया । हमारे देश में सत्य हरिश्चंद्र के नाम से पहली मूक फिल्म बनी । तब से लेकर आज तक भारतीय सिनेमा ने एक लंबा सफर तय किया है । भारत में विभिन्न भाषाओं में लगभग एक हजार फिल्में प्रत्येक वर्ष बनती हैं ।

इन फिल्मों के माध्यम से समाज की विभिन्न समस्याओं, रीति-रिवाजों, लोगों के रहन-सहन, सामाजिक मान्यताओं आदि को दर्शाया जाता है । बहुत-सी फिल्मों में हिंसा अश्लीलता जैसे कई ऐसे दृश्य दिखाए जाते हैं जिनसे दर्शकों पर गलत प्रभाव पड़ता है ।

परंतु कई फिल्में अच्छी भी बनती हैं जिनसे लोगों का स्वस्थ मनोरंजन होता है । अच्छी फिल्मों से हमें सामाजिक कुरीतियों से लड़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है । इनसे हमें परोपकार, दया, सामाजिक सहिष्णुता जैसे मानवीय गुणों के विकास में भी मदद मिलती है ।

फिल्म निर्माता दहेज प्रथा, ऊँच-नीच, जाति-पाँति, भ्रष्टाचार, धार्मिक झगड़े जैसी समस्याओं को अपनी फिल्मों के माध्यम से उठाते हैं । इनसे हमें सामाजिक बुराइयों से दूर रहने तथा अच्छे रिवाजों को अपनाने की शिक्षा मिलती है ।

सिनेमा को समाज का आइना कहा जा सकता है । जो कुछ समाज में घटित होता है उसे सिनेमा के रूप में दिखाया जाता है । परंतु सिनेमा मूल रूप से एक मनोरंजन का ही साधन है । सिनेमा का प्रभाव युवा वर्ग पर विशेष रूप से पड़ता है ।

सिनेमा के अभिनेता एवं अभिनेत्रियाँ युवा वर्ग के लोगों के आदर्श बनकर सामने आ रहे हैं । यह वर्ग कलाकारों के चाल-चलन कपड़ों आदि की नकल करने में सबसे आगे है । कई युवा सिनेमा की नकल कर चोरी डकैती अपहरण बलात्कार जैसे अपराधों की तरफ अग्रसर हो रहे हैं ।

सिनेमा के गीत-संगीत आधुनिक समय में बड़े ही लोकप्रिय हैं । गणतंत्र दिवस स्वतंत्रता दिवस जैसे राष्ट्रीय त्योहारों के अवसर पर चलचित्र के देशभक्तिपूर्ण गीत बजाए जाते हैं । विभिन्न धार्मिक उत्सवों समारोहों तथा शादी-ब्याह जैसे अवसरों पर फिल्मी गानों पर थिरकते लोगों को देखा जा सकता है । सिनेमा आज समाज के हर वर्ग के लोगों की पसँद है ।

सिनेमा आज एक उद्योग का रूप ले चुका है । आज सिनेमा बनाने में करोड़ों रुपए व्यय किए जाने लगे हैं । परंतु बहुत सी फिल्में दर्शकों द्वारा नकार दी जाती हैं । ऐसे में चलचित्र बनाने वाले को आर्थिक नुकसान उठाना पड़ता है । वास्तव में यह एक जुआ ही है जिसमें कभी लाभ तो कभी क्षति उठानी पड़ती है ।

चलचित्र का आनंद घर बैठे टेलीविजन पर भी उठाया जा सकता है । टेलीविजन के बहुत से चैनल प्रतिदिन फिल्मों को दिखाकर दर्शकों का मनोरंजन करते हैं । ऐसे में देखने योग्य फिल्मों का चुनाव करना कठिन हो जाता है ।

दूध दही घी आदि यहाँ शुद्ध रूप में प्राप्त हो जाता है । ताजी-हरी सब्जियाँ आसानी से प्राप्त हो जाती हैं । ग्रामीण जलवायु स्वास्थ्य की दृष्टि से अनुकूल होती है । दूसरी ओर शहरी जीवन के भी कई सुख हैं । शहर बच्चों की शिक्षा की दृष्टि से उपयुक्त होते हैं ।

यहाँ आवागमन के आधुनिक साधन होते हैं । यहाँ सभी प्रकार की उपभोक्ता वस्तुएँ उपलब्ध होती हैं । यहाँ के लोगों को बिजली तथा आधुनिक संचार व्यवस्था की उपलब्धता के कारण जीवन-यापन में आसानी होती है । शहरों के निवासियों को अपने निवास-स्थान के निकट ही रोजगार मिल जाया करता है ।

यहाँ के निवासियों को कार्यालय कारखानों आदि में नियत समय पा जाना होता है अत: उनकी दिनचर्या नियमित होती है । शहरों में घूमने-फिरने तथा मनोरंजन के विविध साधन मौजूद होते हैं । यहाँ सड़कें एव गलियाँ पक्की होती हैं अत: बरसात में गाँवों की तरह कीचड़ एवं गंदगी नहीं होती है ।

शहर व्यापार एवं उद्योग के केंद्र होते हैं । यहाँ लोगों को अपनी उन्नति के अनेक साधन होते हैं । यही कारण है कि पिछले सौ वर्षों में भारत का तेजी से शहरीकरण हो रहा है । फिर भी शांतिप्रिय लोगों के लिए ग्रामीण जीवन ही अधिक अच्छा है ।

शहरों के दमघोंटू वातावरण में जीना एक तरह से प्रकृति की अवहेलना ही है । शहरों का तनाव यहाँ की भाग-दौड़ यहाँ की उपभोक्तावादी संस्कृति व्यक्ति को स्वार्थी आत्मकेंद्रित तथा भोगवादी बना देती है । यहाँ के निवासी हर समय धन की ही चिंता करते देखे जाते हैं । लोगों को पड़ोसियों से भी मिलने-जुलने का अवसर प्राप्त नहीं होता है ।

जीवन को आनंददायी बनाने के लिए सामाजिक मेल-मिलाप एवं आपसी भागीदारी का बहुत महत्त्व है जिसका कि शहरों में अभाव होता है । ग्रामीण जीवन सादगी से पूर्ण होता है । लोग तनावमुक्त रहकर प्राकृतिक जीवन का आनंद उठाते हैं । ग्रामीण त्योहारों एवं उत्सवों का भरपूर लुल्क उठाते हैं । गाँव में जाकर कवि प्रसन्न होकर यह कविता रचता है:

”बहूत दिनों के बाद अब की मैंने जी भर भोगे गंध-रूप-रस-शब्द-स्पर्श सब साथ-साथ इस भू पर बहूत दिनों के बाद । ”

फिर भी कुछ लोगों की दृष्टि में ग्रामीण जीवन कोई आदर्श जीवन नहीं है । यहाँ चिकित्सा एवं शिक्षा सुविधाओं का अभाव है । यहाँ के लोग परस्पर विद्वेष रखते हैं । ग्रामीण आपसी झगड़ों एवं मुकदमेबाजी में उलझे रहते हैं । यहाँ जाति प्रथा का बोलबाला है ।

यहाँ बेकारी और निर्धनता है । गाँवों के बेरोजगार लोग व्यर्थ के वार्तालाप नशेबाजी जुआ तथा लड़ाई-झगड़े में अपना समय नष्ट करते हैं । यहाँ अंधविश्वास चरम सीमा पर है । उपर्युक्त कारणों से गाँवों का जीवन शहरों की तुलना में श्रेष्ठ नहीं कहा जा सकता ।

निष्कर्षत : कहा जा सकता है कि गाँव एवं शहर दोनों का ही अपना-अपना महत्त्व है । सुयोग्य व्यक्ति जहाँ भी रहता है वह वहाँ के जीवन का आनंद उठाता है । अच्छा नागरिक अपने निवास-स्थान को सुंदर एवं आदर्श बनाने का प्रयास करता है । गाँव हो या शहर उसके मस्तिष्क में हर समय अपनी जन्मभूमि एव देश के हित की भावना होती है ।

मैं भारत की राजधानी नई दिल्ली में रहता हूँ । यह एक प्राचीन शहर है । वर्तमान समय में यह हमारे देश की राजधानी है । केंद्रीय सरकार के सभी प्रमुख कार्यालय यहीं पर स्थित हैं । यहाँ कई दर्शनीय स्थल एवं ऐतिहासिक महत्त्व के स्थान हैं ।

दिल्ली के पुराने स्वरूप को पुरानी दिल्ली के नाम से जाना जाता है । वर्तमान में पुरानी दिल्ली एक तंग एवं घनी आबादी वाला स्थान है । जामा मस्जिद और लाल किला यहीं स्थित है । हर वर्ष देश के प्रधानमंत्री लाल किले पर स्वतंत्रता दिवस के दिन ध्वजारोहण करते हैं ।

शाहजहाँ द्वारा बनाया गया लाल किला आज भारत के गौरव का प्रतीक बन गया है । इसकी भव्यता आज भी बरकरार है । यह पर्यटकों के आकर्षण का प्रमुख केंद्र है । दिल्ली को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र का दर्जा प्राप्त है । यहाँ भारत के राष्ट्रपति प्रधानमंत्री अन्य मंत्रियों तथा देश के प्रमुख नेताओं का निवास स्थान है ।

राष्ट्रपति प्रसिद्ध राष्ट्रपति भवन में निवास करते हैं । राष्ट्रपति भवन एक सुंदर एवं आकर्षक इमारत है जिसे अँगरेजों ने बनवाया था । राष्ट्रपति भवन का मुगल गार्डन बसंत ऋतु में दर्शकों के लिए खोल दिया जाता है । यहाँ विभिन्न फूलों को देखा जा सकता है र खासकर गुलाब के फूलों की अलग-अलग किस्में अत्यंत शोभायमान होती हैं ।

राष्ट्रपति भवन के ठीक सामने कुछ दूरी पर इंडिया गेट है । यहाँ अमर जवान ज्योति जलती रहती है । इस क्षेत्र की सभी इमारतें दर्शनीय हैं । दिल्ली स्थित संसद भवन एक गोलाकार इमारत है । यह भारतीय लोकतंत्र का प्रतीक है । दिल्ली के अन्य दर्शनीय स्थलों में लोटस टेंपल पुराना किला बिड़ला मंदिर छतरपुर मंदिर राष्ट्रीय संग्रहालय अभूघर प्रगति मैदान चिड़ियाघर आदि प्रमुख हैं । कनाट प्लेस यहाँ का प्रमुख बाजार है । यहाँ कई कंपनियों के कार्यालय भी हैं ।

हमारे महानगर दिल्ली की आबादी लगभग सवा करोड़ है । यहाँ देश के सभी क्षेत्रों के लोग निवास करते हैं । दिल्ली को भारत की मिली-जुली संस्कृति का आदर्श नमूना कहा जा सकता है । इस नगर का विस्तार बड़ी तेजी से हो रहा है । लोगों के आवागमन के लिए सड़क मार्ग और मेट्रो रेल मार्ग बने हुए हैं ।

चौड़ी सड़कों पर विभिन्न प्रकार के वाहनों का ताँता लगा रहता है । सड़क यातायात पर दवाब को कम करने के लिए पूरी दिल्ली में मेट्रो रेल सेवा का विस्तार किया गया है । दिल्ली की मेट्रो रेल सेवा संसार की आधुनिकतम नगरीय यातायात व्यवस्था है ।

दिल्ली की आबादी तेजी से बढ़ रही है । यहाँ भारत के दूरदराज क्षेत्रों के लोग रोजगार की तलाश में आते हैं । यही कारण है कि यहाँ जगह घनी आबादी है । आबादी बढ़ने के साथ-साथ गंदगी भी बढ़ है । बिजली और पानी जैसी मूल सुविधाओं का अभाव होता जा रहा ।

इसके माध्यम से कोई भी व्यक्ति दुनिया के किसी भी शहर से घर बैठे संपर्क स्थापित कर सकता है । परतु इसके लिए एक कंप्यूटर और टेलीफोन की आवश्यकता होती है । यदि किसी व्यक्ति ने अपने कंप्यूटर को इंटरनेट सुविधा से जोड़ लिया है तो उसके लिए किसी भी तरह की जानकारी हासिल करना एक सरल कार्य है ।

इंटरनेट ने व्यापार जगत की कई समस्याएँ हल कर दी हैं । अब कोई व्यक्ति घर बैठे ही दुनिया के किसी भी हिस्से से व्यापारिक संपर्क स्थापित कर सकता है । कोई व्यक्ति यदि अमेरिका में बनी कोई कार खरीदना चाहता है तो उसे अब अमेरिका जाने की जरूरत नहीं ।

वह इंटरनेट पर ही अपना आर्डर दे सकता है । वह बिलों का भुगतान भी इंटरनेट पर कर सकता है । आधुनिक युग प्रतियोगिता का युग है । इस युग में सूचना तकनीक का बहुत महत्त्व है । आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली कंप्यूटरीकृत होती जा रही है ।

हमारी जनसख्या जितनी तेजी से बढ़ रही है उसी अनुपात में सामूहिक शिक्षा का भी महत्त्व बढ़ गया है । इंटरनेट और कंप्यूटर के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों के एक बड़े समूह को शिक्षित किया जा सकता है । सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी की आधुनिक विधियों का प्रयोग कर हम रोजगार की संभावनाएँ बढ़ा सकते हैं ।

युवा वर्ग के लोग साइबर कैफे आदि खोलकर आम लोगों को इंटरनेट की सुविधा प्रदान कर रहे हैं । इस प्रकार इंटरनेट ने हमारे जीवन को विभिन्न तरीके से प्रभावित किया है । भारत में इसके विकास की अपार संभावनाएँ हैं ।

बिजली ऊर्जा के विभिन्न रूपों में से सबसे प्रचलित रूप है । जो स्थान मानव शरीर में रक्त का है वही स्थान आधुनिक जीवन में बिजली का है । यह आधुनिक सभ्यता का आधार है । बिजली के बिना जीवन की गति थम जाती है, जनजीवन लगभग ठप पड़ जाता है ।

यह बिजली का ही चमत्कार है कि महानगरों में रात के समय दिन के समान उजाला रहता है । शहरों कस्बों तथा गाँवों में भी आज बिजली घर-घर की उपयोगी वस्तु बन चुकी है । महानगरीय तथा शहरी जीवन का तो आधार ही बिजली है । यदि बिजली नहीं तो अँधेरा ही अँधेरा । घर के दैनिक कार्य बिजली के बिना नहीं हो सकते । विद्यार्थियों को पढ़ने के लिए बिजली चाहिए ।

टेलीविजन देखना हो पंखे की हवा खानी हो कूलर की ठंडी हवा का मजा लेना हो अथवा वातानुकूलित संयंत्र चलाकर चैन की नींद सोनी हो तो बिजली चाहिए ही । फ्रिज, वाशिंग मशीन, गीजर, कंप्यूटर, जलपंप आदि कितनी ही मशीनें किसी काम की नहीं यदि बिजली न हो ।

अनेक उद्योग-धंधे बिजली पर निर्भर हैं । इसे बिजली का ही चमत्कार कहा जाएगा कि इसने आधुनिक युग में किसी भी वस्तु के बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पादन को संभव बनाया है । बिजली की जगमगाती रोशनी के बीच ही बड़े-बड़े कारखानों में रात-दिन काम होता है ।

हालांक कल-कारखानों में कोयला, पैट्रोल, डीजल आदि ऊर्जा के अन्य रूपों का भी प्रयोग होता है परंतु बिजली से चालित मशीनों का प्रयोग अधिक सुविधाजनक है । कंप्यूटर इंटरनेट आदि बिजली उपलब्ध होने पर ही कार्य कर पाते हैं ।

बिजली आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक प्रगति का आधार है । इसका जुड़ाव हमारी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी से है । उत्सव समारोह त्योहार पार्टियाँ आदि बिजली की चकाचौंध के बीच ही अच्छी लगती हैं । किसानों को फसलों की सिंचाई करने में बिजली की आवश्यकता होती है ।

अनेक रेलगाड़ियाँ बिजली से चलती हैं । यदि बिजली नहीं होती तो यातायात के आधुनिक साधनों का प्रयोग असंभव हो जाता । वायुयानों रेलगाड़ियों तथा सड़कों पर चलनेवाले वाहनों को रात के समय नहीं चलाया जा सकता । बिजली का चमत्कार आज सर्वत्र दिखाई दे रहा है । यही कारण है कि सभी देश बड़े पैमाने पर बिजली का उत्पादन करते हैं । जिन देशों में अधिक बिजली उपलब्ध होती है वहाँ अधिक तेजी से प्रगति होती है ।

हमारे पास बिजली का कोई विकल्प नहीं है । बिजली के उत्पादन के लिए भट्टियों में कोयला जलाया जाता है । जल के तेज बहाव से भी बिजली उत्पादित की जाती है । परमाणु शक्ति का प्रयोग भी बिजली उत्पादन के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर किया जाता है ।

बिजली घर-घर की उपयोगी वस्तु है । इसका अपव्यय नहीं करना चाहिए । इसका उचित उपयोग कर हम इसके चमत्कार को लंबे समय तक बनाए रख सकते हैं । बिजली की वस्तुओं का प्रयोग सावधानी के साथ किया जाना चाहिए अन्यथा यह हमारे लिए जानलेवा भी हो सकता है ।

The syllabus for all subjects included in the Board exam is frequently revised by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE). However, there has been no change in any subjects including the ICSE class 10 Hindi syllabus for the years 2024–2025. Thus, it is recommended that students adhere to the same syllabus for Hindi as mentioned in the curriculum 2023–2024.

ICSE Class 10 Hindi Syllabus 2024-2025

Hindi falls in the Group I Category, which has all the compulsory list of subjects to be studied by the ICSE Students. 

Hindi ( Second Language)

Total Marks : 80 

Time : 3 Hours 

The paper will be divided into two sections, Section A and Section B.

Section A : Language (40 Marks)

Section B : Prescribed Texts (40 Marks)

All the questions in Section A are compulsory and consist of questions from Composition, Letter, Comprehension, and Grammar. Candidates must attempt any four questions from Section B. The questions will consist of structured and short answer questions.

ICSE  Syllabus Class 10 Hindi 2024-2025

Hindi is the second language under Group 1 of the CISCE Group-wise Subject distribution list. The purpose of including a second language is to appreciate language for effective communication, acquire knowledge of language elements, develop an interest in the language, understand spoken language at normal speed, and grasp basic structural patterns, vocabulary, and constructions.

ICSE Class 10 Hindi Paper: Section A  

This section will contain four compulsory questions. 

• Composition

The composition will be of 15 marks . Candidates will be required to write one composition, in the language, which may include short explanations, directions, descriptions, or narratives. Candidates will have a choice of subjects, which will be diverse and may be inspired by language or other stimuli such as pictures and objects.

The letter will be of 7 marks and the candidates will have the option to choose from two subjects and write a letter accordingly. Suggestions may be provided. The layout of the letter with its address, introduction, conclusion, etc., will form part of the assessment.

3. Comprehension

Comprehension will be of 10 marks. An unseen passage of about 250 words will be given in the language. Questions on the passage will be set for answers in the language, designed to test the candidates' understanding of the content of the passage.

There will be 8-mark questions from Grammar. This will consist of tests in the use of language vocabulary, syntax, and idioms, synthesis in sentence construction, and formation of sentences in the language correctly embodying given words or forms. The question will not require any knowledge of grammatical terms. 

ICSE Class 10 Hindi Paper: Section B  

The question paper will contain structured and short-answer questions. Candidates must answer four questions from only two of the prescribed textbooks. All questions will be presented in the language, and candidates are expected to respond in the same language. These questions are designed to evaluate the candidate's comprehension of the subject matter covered in the prescribed books.

ICSE Class 10 Hindi Paper ( Internal Assessment): Detail Overview 

The assignment will be of a total of 20 Marks where 10 marks for Internal Evaluation ( by the internal examiner) and 10 marks for External Evaluation (by the external examiner).

Two or three assignments of appropriate length/duration will be assigned, out of which two must be written assignments. These written assignments should include one from the language component and one from the literature component of the syllabus. 

Language Assignment

• Prepared speech or declamation
• Impromptu speech, debate, or discussion
• Report or interview
• Role-play or general conversation on selected topics

Creative Writing

Students are required to write short compositions, approximately 300 to 400 words each, based on stimuli such as:

• A piece of recorded music
• A recorded series of sounds
• A picture or photograph
• An opening sentence or phrase
• A newspaper or magazine clipping or report

‍ Additionally, students must produce:

• One piece of factual writing, which should be informative or argumentative
• One piece of expressive writing, which is descriptive and imaginative
• Preparation of a film or book review

Literature (Prescribed Texts):

Assignments should be based on the prescribed textbooks on the following lines:

(i) Character/thematic analysis.

(ii) Socio-economic, cultural, and historical relevance /background.

(iii) Summary/paraphrase.

ICSE Board Class 10 Hindi Syllabus 2023-24:  Students can check the detailed Class 10 Hindi syllabus released by the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education. Tn board class 10, class 12 results 2024 date and time: tamil nadu class 12 hsc public exam results will be released on the official websites, dge.tn.gov.in and tnresults.nic.in.

TNDGE TN 12th Result Date time: Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE TN) is all set to declare the higher secondary second year or TN Class 12th results. Students who appeared in TN Class 12 public exam 2024 will be able to check their marks and download the mark sheet from the official website of Tamil Nadu board.

The TN Board will announce the results for approximately 8 lakh students on Monday. According to officials, the results will be initially declared online, followed by the issuance of a link. Once released, candidates can check and download the TS results of 2024 from official websites such as http://www.tnresults.nic.in, dge1.tn.nic.in and others.

TNDGE TN 12th Result 2024: Date and time

The TS HSC +2 Results for 2024 will be announced on May 6. According to the notice regarding TN Results 2024 date and time, the result link will be issued at 9:30 am. The Tamil Nadu State Board conducted the TN 12th board exams 2024 from March 1 to March 22. 

TNDGE TN 12th Result 2024: Passing marks 

Students who score a minimum of 35 out of 100 in each subject will be declared as pass. Those who fail in one or more subjects will have the chance to appear in supplementary exams to improve their scores.

TNDGE TN 12th Result 2024: Past year pass percentage 

Last year, approximately 800,000 students appeared in the 12th public exam, with 755,451 students declared as passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 94.03%. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 96.38%.
