  • Serves as the Readiness Specialist with the Medical Readiness Command (MRC).
  • Maintaining plans for application during mobilization, demobilization, deployment, and redeployment of Brigade Combat Team (BCT) size organizations or augment with individual soldiers located in multiple states.
  • Research, analysis, development, and preparation of the regional support plan to ensure units within the MRC are medically resourced and prepared to deploy.
  • Remains in constant communication with contacts on current mobilization, demobilization, deployments and redeployments.

  • This is a Term position scheduled to last two years. A term position may be extended to a maximum of six years depending upon the needs of management.
