Interview with Harinder K Sahu | Trainer | Coach | Trader | Investor | Founder at KingResearch Academy

Harinder K Sahu

It is our constant endeavour to identify and share some of the unique and compelling stories from the startup ecosystem. As part of this, we invited yet another passionate entrepreneur Harinder K Sahu for an interview with BrilliantRead Media. He is a Trainer, Coach, Trader, Investor and Founder at KingResearch Academy. Let’s learn more about his background, his inspiring journey so far and advice for our growing community!

Excerpts from our exclusive interview with harinder:, we are aware of your contribution to the ‘financial freedom’ talk us through your background and your journey, please, hello readers, i did my schooling from kendriya vidyalaya haridwar and further pursued my master’s from ramaiah institute of management bangalore..

I believed, and still believe, that you can build your dreams brick by brick. That you can accomplish anything with persistence because life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.

To add to my further curricular activities as per my skills and knowledge, I also completed a course of NISM – Research Analyst which is a main pillar in the stock market to work in and deal with the field. Here, in addition, I would like to introduce my startup “King Research Academy”, a financial institution with 20 employees under me and a privilege point, throughout my 15 years journey of the stock market, commodity and Forex.

Now i proudly say that with the blessings of all i am sebi registered research analyst and strategist (already given 16 + strategies on my youtube channel (256k subscribers) – https://www.youtube.com/c/kingresearchacademy ) and as a mentor till now trained 45000 + students. fingers crossed many more to come., during my college days and even throughout my struggle days i only wished to be an entrepreneur and trading is my passion since my youngster age now i am giving shape to my dream., what made you passionate about training, it’s like my dream came true. i have been passionate about the stock market since i was in 12th standard and when you look out at the world you will find a big myth of people that “the stock market is gambling” i denied it because it’s knowledge, a never-ending process of learning. without experience & education, every field will be risky., so, this myth has driven me so fast toward training models to educate others. simple logic, that job is restricted and other fields are selected but the stock market will give you endless opportunities. even our motto is ‘learn and then earn.’, please tell our audience what kind of problems king research academy is solving, in my prolonged experience in the stock market, i have seen a lot of examples where people have lost their hard-earned money and the reason being they just put their money blindly in this market and end up with the thought that the stock market is gambling like a casino., but i want to spread the awareness that the stock market is capable of giving enormous amounts of money only if you invest in the right stock at the right time and this is possible only if you have proper education and experience in this particular field., hence i started educating people on how to come out of the gambling mindset and start their journey toward success. this is why our motto is “learn and then earn”. in short, we educate people, aware them about the stock market and give them the right direction., how do you manage to keep going despite the challenges what drives you, trustworthiness drives me motivated when my students and followers show trust in me. it gives me the energy to accept all challenges. same, trust from my side towards my company assets i mean my employees who are well trained and rich experienced. these selected factors give me encouragement to face all challenges and accept it very desperately., what are some of the strategies that you believe have helped you grow as a person.

My only strategy to follow successful people is to keep motivated and grow as a positive person. The day you will start thinking like them you will gradually grow as a good human too.

Apart from this I always got tremendous support from my family which helped me to focus on my goal and keep helping in spreading awareness and being kind to those who can’t afford education of the stock market.

I have close to 55k followers (family members) on twitter (@kingresearchhry) who take full benefits of my free education and recommendations via charts and make good money without paying a single penny to anyone in the market., in your opinion what are the keys to success, as we know the famous dialogue of 3 idiots, “run towards excellence and success will come to you automatically”., in general words 5 strong things you must have to get the key to success., (1) depth knowledge about a particular field, (2) honesty towards the students/clients, (3) be fair about the work, (4) best research team, (5) planned and systematic work, what advice would you give students and young professionals who want to have a successful career .

As Thomas Edison once said “I have not failed 10,000 times — I have successfully found 10,000 ways that will not work.” And the same thing I want to advise the new entrepreneur and upcoming generation that you should keep trying even if you are failing, then take it as a positive note only and don’t repeat your mistakes, that is the only way which can make you successful in your goal.

Remember, always be ready with your plan B and make short goals for one aim to get more focus and success. Also, an optimistic approach towards your mission and always searching for the best opportunities to prepare the right path for achieving success. I wish everyone the best wishes for your future endeavours, keep healthy and be safe. Thank you.

Please don’t forget to read –  interview with dinesh pitchuka | coach | stock market trader | speaker | managing director at xceed xcellence, brilliantread is committed to bringing stories from the startup ecosystem, stories that reshape our perspective, add value to our community and be a constant source of motivation not just for our community but also for the whole ecosystem of entrepreneurs and aspiring individuals., note: if you have a similar story to share with our audience and would like to be featured on our online magazine, then please write to us at  [email protected] , we will review your story and extend an invitation to feature if it is worth publishing., leave a comment cancel reply.

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholars Program at NYU

“In your life’s blueprint... However young you are…You have a responsibility to seek to make life better for everybody. And so you must be involved in the struggle of freedom and justice.”- The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (1967)

NYU’s MLK Scholars are members of a highly selective university leadership program dedicated to the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The program engages, educates, and empowers scholars on social justice and advocacy, for building Dr. King's vision of a "beloved community." Centered around an immersive, cohort-based learning community, this program offers a rich and unique combination of faculty engagement, travel colloquia, undergraduate research, and service-learning. As a distinctive community of students and alumni, the MLK Scholars Program has developed some of NYU's best and brightest thought leaders for over 30 years.

The First Year

MLK Scholars are selected for the program at the time of admission and join a cohort of approximately 60 fellow student social and academic leaders. The first year experience includes:

  • Program Seminar - All incoming MLK Scholars are enrolled in a fall seminar (SAHS-UE2). This Seminar introduces first-year Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholars to the study of social justice in the United States through the historical lens of the Civil Rights Movement and the contemporary exploration of human rights.
  • Researching Social Justice -  Scholars will be introduced to research opportunities and resources, including the Program Faculty Associates. During the seminar, each student will identify a research topic in social justice of interest, furthering its development through travel colloquia.
  • Travel Colloquia -  Unique domestic or international travel programs tied to the curriculum and learning in the first-year seminar course and fully funded by the MLK Scholars Program. International travel, in particular, is designed to work in tandem with New York University's commitment to global learning and cooperation. Over the years, travel colloquia to domestic locations have included Alabama, Atlanta, Georgia, the Gullah Islands, New Orleans, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Washington D.C. International locations have included Australia, Brazil, Ghana, Greece, Israel, Morocco, Paris, Peru, Senegal, and Spain and Vietnam.

Sophomore - Senior Years

As MLK Scholars progress through their collegiate journey, they will continue to engage as a cohort, deepening their commitment to our values through regularly scheduled cohort meetings, continued civic engagement across local communities, and leadership development opportunities within and outside of the MLK Scholars program.

Clinical Research Training Programme

Looking to enhance your skills in clinical research? We’ve got just the opportunity for you! Apply by Monday 18 September, 12pm for a chance to be a part of it.

MicrosoftTeams image (3)

This programme will be hosted in person and online and it will be delivered through 10 weekly sessions. Students will be supported to develop the vital tools they need to write a robust clinical research protocol - the document that describes how a clinical trial is managed.

The topics covered include:

  • Introduction to research, grantsmanship, and formulating research questions
  • Designs and populations for observational studies
  • Designs and populations for trials
  • Outcome measures and diagnostic accuracy
  • Statistical methods
  • Sample size calculations
  • Ethics and Patient and Public Involvement in Research
  • Systematic Reviews
  • Costing, Finance, and Project Management
  • Pitching your project to a panel

Here are six reasons why you should apply:

1.  You’ll become adept at clinical research

This programme will give you the skills you need to run a clinical trial; from writing a research question, developing a study design, determining a study sample size, data analysis, management, thinking about ethical considerations in research, writing qualitative questionnaires, and mastering statistical methods.

2.  You’ll learn from leading specialists

The workshops are led by professors, academic researchers, and statisticians from across King’s Health Partners. It will feature weekly facilitated sessions, podcasts, and recorded lectures. Throughout the course experienced clinicians and methodologists with expertise in the design and conduct of applied healthcare research in the NHS will support students to reach their goals.

3.  You’ll learn how to peer-review

A key aspect of any research is peer-review. This course will give you the tools you need to constructively critique co-learners’ work and understand colleagues’ feedback on your own.

4.  You’ll improve your presentation and networking skills

Once you’ve completed this programme, you’ll be asked to present your research idea to the programme leaders. Those with the best pitches will be selected to present at an event attended by faculty and experts – opening you up to wider opportunities within the research community.

5.  You’ll participate both in person and online

Now more than ever, having the flexibility to study in your own time is vital. The Clinical Research Training Programme will take place face to face giving you the opportunity to engage meaningfully with leading specialists, alongside independent online learning which can be completed online at your own pace, in your own time, in a way that suits you.

6. You'll have an opportunity to win a Research Design Prize

Upon completion of the course, participants will have the chance to be selected for presenting their research proposal to a King's Health Partners panel. The winning proposal will be awarded the prestigious KHP Research Design Prize.

What you need to know about the course before applying

  • You will need to be available to attend a compulsory 90-minute introductory session on Monday 2 October.
