I paid for the R40 14- day trial…

I paid for the R40 14- day trial however I was shocked when I got a debit order of the amount of R385 after my 14- day trial ended. I had no intentions of renewing my subscription and did not use zety after my 14 trail expired. I sent them an email requesting assistance and a refund. I would recommend you do not subscribe but rather download your cv in the plain text form.

You pay for a CV to which they forcefully implement a link into their own system - the link cannot be removed and they explain it as a failure. The link can be deleted after 5 days - after your subscription expires - in this way, thieves force you to pay another 30 euros just so that you can repair the CV document they have disfigured. Ordinary thieves.

I paid for the R40 14- day trial however I was shocked when I got a debit order of the amount of R385 after my 14- day trial ended. I had no intentions of renewing my subscription and did not use zety after my 14 trail expired. I sent them an email requesting assistance and a refund. I would recommend you do not subscribe but rather download your cv in the plain text form.

Beware if you have a Mac Air…

Easy to use, looked great. Didn’t mind paying the fee at the end - nothing is truly free . But I have a MacAir and it wouldn’t covert to download. Had corrupted files- nothing I could use. So enjoy your fee Zety- be more compatible in the future.

Zety will not let you unsubscribe, you have to change your bank account entirely. They will hog your account monthly until you change it. An unfortunate permanent cost... I have had to relocate my account entirely...

I have a 14-day subscription to Zety so…

I have a 14-day subscription to Zety so I can download my resume. It cost me MYR10.05. However, I have been charged a MYR99.49 after the 14days subscription. The credit card bank rejected my dispute because I was the one who keyed in my credit card details to zety platform from the beginning. I will not recommend zety to any of my friends as it is misleading payment info.

Great way to get started on your resume and keep up with Current trends!

The help is very straightforward and easy to use, however, there are a few features that need tweaking. Whenever I update a job section, it removes the city/state. It would be helpful to have a doodad to be able to insert promotions within the same job.

Seth are scammers . I paid R39 for my Resume and now I’m being charged 385 which they claim it’s for subscription. I had to call them for refund me because they don’t respond to emails. I was refunded 50% of my money and I asked them why can’t they refund me in full and they did not have an answer. I want my other 50% please.

They won't allow you to cancel your subscription, stay away from this company

I found a weird billing on my card and forgot that I was on a trial with Zety. Then due to that, I immediately went to cancel the subscription and to my surprise, the subscription cancellation is not working. I attempted to cancel by clicking "continue to cancel" 50 times and it keeps taking me to a blank page and nothing happens. This is an incredibly suspicious business practice because everything else on their site works apart from cancellation. I have read about such practices from other companies to discourage cancellation, I just thought I should expose them as well. If you subscribe to Zety, you are not going to be able to cancel your subscription. I am still unable to cancel my subscription.
