    Pros. Work from home left alone. Cons. Terrible management disgusting working conditions made to take your hour lunch break at set times and broken down to 1 x 30 min break and 2 x 15 min breaks. Bombarded with emails unuseful. So secretive won't allow employee engagement.

Looking at my notes for Hays, I wrote - mostly short haul, evenings and weekends expected. Give them a call and talk over expectations etc. I think they give you leads which is a big help at the beginning.
