NEW DELHI : The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date to submit assignments for the Term-End Examination (TEE) June 2023 for online and Online Distance Learning till May 15. IGNOU June TEE 2023 will be conducted from June 1. Students appearing for the exams can check the June 2023 datesheet on the official website – ignou.ac.in.

“With the approval of the Competent Authority, the last date for submission of assignments (both in hard copy and soft copy) for Term End Examinations, June2023 for ODL, Online programmes, GOAL and EVBB ha:s further been extended up to 15th MAY, 2023,” said an official notice from IGNOU.

Students need to submit one hand-written assignment for each eight credit course. Students have to submit fresh assignments and once they are uploaded, the old assignments are not valid.

How to submit IGNOU assignments?

• Submit assignments to your study centre or regional centre as per the instructions given by the regional centre. Include your contact information (programme code, course code, enrollment no, email, phone) on assignments.
• If only hard copies are being accepted as per instructions provided by your regional centre, send hand written, signed assignments to the address provided to you. In case soft copies are being accepted during extenuating circumstances such as Covid 19, these must be signed and scanned. If you have opted for SOGDS as your RC, submit your assignments to [email protected]
• Assignments must be submitted as single documents for each course. Do not submit separate pages and do not combine assignments for two courses in a single document.

“In case you miss the assignment submission deadline, you may still be able to submit it late. However, this may entail a late fee for the related Term End Exam. If you have submitted the assignment but miss an exam, you can appear for the exam in any subsequent semester,” said IGNOU in FAQs.

IGNOU Project 2024: Submission Last Date, Status, Result 2024

IGNOU Project Submission for June 2024 – IGNOU Project submission for term end examination of June 2024 is now officially started for those students who have practical components in their syllabus. It is now official that the last date for submission of IGNOU Projects will be 31st May 2024 for TEE June 2024  for online as well as offline modes.

IGNOU is one of the most prestigious distance learning universities in India that has been offering a diverse number of programs and courses. Along with the operations of many other Universities, the operation of IGNOU has been also impacted by the current situation in the country. Hence, it has made a number of changes in its curriculum in order to provide the students with comfortable options for completing their assignments and projects and submitting them accordingly safely.

IGNOU Project Guidelines

IGNOU frequently releases a list of guidelines for both assignments and projects so that the students can submit them properly and on time. The university has introduced an online mode for project submission to make submissions convenient for the candidates.

The notice also mentioned a few of the points that the students need to abide by for their IGNOU project submission.

• The project has to be prepared as per the same project guidelines that were mentioned in the booklet that was sent to the students earlier with the SLM.
• While submitting the project online, the learners have to make sure that they have signed the original Proposal Proforma, Biodata, and synopsis or the project. Similarly, the Project Guide has to sign on the original certificate and others and then have to scan copies for online submission.
• The learners should get digital approval of the Project Guide on the Proforma and the synopsis by email to the Regional Center which can be obtained from the official website of the concerned RC.
• There will be separate guidelines provided regarding projects that require fieldwork. The students can also contact the Programme Coordinator for the purpose.
• The original documents of the project have to be scanned and converted into PDF format for submission. Also, the guidelines for the Cover Page of the project have to be strictly followed.
• The students will be provided with further guidelines about the viva-voce for the projects by the designated faculties of the Regional centers.

When to Submit the IGNOU Project?

The last date for the submission of assignments and project reports for IGNOU TEE June 2024 is 31st May 2024 . However, the university may extend the date further if the students are not able to submit the assignments, projects, and other important materials due to the network problem that occurred in the server.

As per the latest notification, the university has also mentioned that the students will be able to submit the project reports until 31st May without any late fees.

Also, it mentioned that the students have to submit the project reports online in place of offline submission.

Where to Submit the IGNOU Project?

As mentioned above, IGNOU has mentioned that the project reports have to be submitted online now by the students. If you are confused about where to submit the IGNOU project, here is the answer to all your questions.

Students are advised to get the approval of the Project Guide on the Project Synopsis through digital means by reaching out to the Regional Center by email. You can search for the email address of your Regional Center by visiting the page regional centre website.

The project reports can be submitted easily by the candidates on the official website of IGNOU at www.ignou.ac.in .

How to Submit the IGNOU Project?

Candidates who have been submitting project reports and assignments offline to date may find it a bit uncomfortable thinking about it. However, the steps for project submission online have been made much easier and more convenient by the IGNOU portal. Students can submit the IGNOU project quite conveniently by following these simple steps.

Step – 1 – First, the student has to go to the official website of IGNOU at http://www.ignou.ac.in .

Step – 2 – Here, on the homepage itself, you will be able to find the Online Link for Submission of Project Reports in the ALERTS section.

Step – 3 – As you click on this link, you will be redirected to a page of Guidelines that you need to go through to understand the instructions for project submission.

Step – 4 – At the bottom of the Guidelines page, you need to click on Yes for the question asked Do You Want to Continue?

Step – 5 – As you click on yes, a menu will open up from where you need to click on Upload Project.

Step – 6 – Now another page will open up of Student Support Services.

Step – 7 – Here, you need to fill in the details such as enrollment number, program, and others.

Step – 8 – Now, click on the Submit option after entering the Security Code carefully.

Step – 9 – Now, on the next page, follow the instructions and submit the project carefully.

IGNOU Project Front or Cover Page

The IGNOU Project cover page is an important element that you need to take care of while you are submitting the project report online. The guidelines for the cover page are already mentioned in detail in the Booklet provided to you along with the SLM. Also, the same guidelines of the cover page are mentioned in the guidelines page that you come up with when you are submitting the project.

There are some of the important details that you need to highlight on the project report cover page when you are submitting it online. These details are the project report title, name and enrolment number of the candidate, program code and regional center code, course code for which the project has been submitted, mobile number, and the email address of the student.

IGNOU Project Status and Result 2024

The IGNOU Project Status link should be linked at least 20 to 25 days after the last date for the project report submission. As soon as the status link is released, the students will be able to check through their project report status by visiting the official website of IGNOU.

Follow these steps to check your project report status.

Step – 1 – On the official website of IGNOU at http://www.ignou.ac.in , you will find the Project Status link when it is being released by the University.

Step – 2 – As you click on the link, a page will come up where you need to log in with your University credentials.

Step – 3 – As you click on the Submit option after providing the details, the Project Status will be displayed on the screen.

Step – 4 – You can download this status and can take a print out of it.

IGNOU Students can also check or inquire about their project status by emailing at [email protected] for the current status of their submitted project.

The final result of the project report along with the assignments will be also released soon by IGNOU on its official website from where the students can check them too.

IGNOU Project 2024: FAQs

Q1. Can I Submit My IGNOU Project Online? Answer: Yes, IGNOU now accepts project submissions through online channels.

Q2. Is Offline Submission of IGNOU Project Required After Submitting Online? Answer: No, there is no need for offline submission after completing the process online. However, it’s advisable to retain a copy for future reference.

1. I have cleared all my courses in Management Program MP (grade card attached) except Project MS 100. My Project Proposal has already been accepted & approved bearing proposal number – 117298.

2. Against this proposal, I have already submitted my Final Project Report, which has been received at IGNOU SO dated on 10/06/2022, time: 14:22:55 as per status provided by India Post. No information has been provided regarding the completion of evaluation of the Final Project of MS 100 by IGNOU.

3. My grade against MS 100 (Project) has not been updated till date as per IGNOU Grade Card downloaded dated on 19.12.2022 attached herewith.

4. As per the latest reply received from iGRAM IGNOU; ie REPLY- “Dear Learner, MS-100 project report of June-2022 TEE is under evaluation process and marks/result will be updated in grade card status shortly. With best wishes, Project Section, SED”; but still the grade of MS 100 has not been updated till date.

5. I have already emailed in the past to [email protected] , [email protected] dated on 12th September, 8th & 20th October, 1st, 9th, 12th, 16th, 23rd & 30th November & on 13th December for the query pertaining to updation of MS 100 grades.

I humbly request to kindly look into the matter as I am extremely worried whether my MP Final Project (Management Program) has been evaluated or not as my degree against the Management Program MP is on the line. It is requested to kindly update my MS 100 Grades at the earliest please.

Now, students can submit their projects and assignment before the 30th of June, 2022. The Indira Gandhi National Open University has again extended the dates of assignment submission as per the latest announcement by the university administration. The new dates for the submission of assignments are the 30th of June, 2022. Earlier, the date was extended to June 15th, 2022. This extension is for both online and offline submission to various programs. The Term End Examination for June 2022 session is about to commence in IGNOU. So, many students who haven’t prepared their projects and assignments were looking for hope from IGNOU in the form of an extension of assignment dates. Now, IGNOU comes up with this huge relaxation for the students who want to take part in the assignment or project submission activities. The assignments and projects are a very necessary part to appear for the examination be it semester-wise or annually. Candidates can easily get more information regarding the submission of these assignments, dissertations and projects using the official website of IGNOU are ignou.ac.in. Candidates can submit their projects, fieldworks, dissertations, journals, files, thesis, reports etc. The earlier notice of IGNOU said that the last date of IGNOU assignment submission is June 15th, 2022. Now, Students can easily submit their assignments before the new last date announced by the university which is June 30th, 2022. According to the official notice of the Indira Gandhi National Open University said that the concerned department and authorities have agreed to extend the assignment submission dates for the candidates so that they can easily fill the form for the June 2022 session. The last date for the submission of the lab works, assignments, practicums, dissertations, records, internships, journals etc can be submitted either online or through physical mode by the candidates before the last of 30th of June, 2022. When Does the Final June TEE Examination Will Start? The tentative date for the start of the examinations of the June TEE 2022 session is September 5th, 2022. Students are required to fill out the examination forms without a late fee till June 25th this year. From the 26th of June to the 30th, the late fee will be charged which is 1000 rupees INR. Candidates of IGNOU need to pay a rupee of 200 per course for both theory and practical examinations. This fee can be easily paid online mode i.e net banking, credit or debit card etc. How to Apply for June 2022 Session? Students need to visit the web portal of IGNOU that is ignou.ac.in. Then, they have to hit the New Registration link and then provide all the details there in the form with accurate information. After that, they need to hit the Register Now button and press the Submit tab. A unique enrollment ID and password will be sent to their personal email address. They should pay the registration fee that is mandatory to register for the new course they want to study. Save the registration and application form for future references.
