If this is not Fraud, what is it?

If this is not a fraud, then why auto-debiting my bank card every month without my consent and for no reason? I reached out to the customer service via Live Chat to lay my complaints about this fraudulent acts. They told me to provide my account ID which I did. They told me they cannot find any active account with my email address at their own end. Sound funny. I asked them if that is so, why am I able to login on my account with thesame email address I provided them? And if they claims they cannot find active account on their end, WHY have they continued to be auto-debiting my bank card? These question were never responded to. They further requested for my first 4 digits and last 6 digits of my card to trace transaction and requested I send them screenshot of my bank statement showing the debited amount and date. This was a case of auto-debiting my bank card on August 16th (last week, Friday) and this case were reported to them same day and up till this moment, there is no further feedback from them despite my continued emails sent to them. Today, I just found out that they did this same thing by auto-debiting my bank card without my consent in the month of July 19th and never refunded the money. Resumehelp.com has charged my bank card for $23.90 (£18.68 equivalent) TWICE, amounting to a total of $47.8 (£37.36 equivalent) so far on my bank card. The sad thing, they told me there is no option on their website to REMOVE my bank card. If this is not a fraud, tell me what it is?

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Paid for one time help they start charging me monthly 34.99 without my consent. Tried to contact for my money they not replying or refunding. Do not use this resumehelp you will end up paying more once they have your credit card number.

Surprise fee and mixing up work

After completing my resume it would not let me download it unless I paid , which was not clear in the beginning and a surprise fee after doing all that work was very annoying. Not only that but AFTER I PAID I downloaded my resume I saw that everything was messed up, some jobs were completely deleted, the wrong title was with the wrong job everything that wasn't deleted was a jumbled up mess that I had to fix. Was anyone able to get their money back can you report them to your bank for a refund for unauthorised charges.

They will give the absolute run around. I had them tell me they had no re it's of me being a customer, even with my account details. I ended up going trough the Better Business Bureau. BBB managed to recover 65% of the money stolen from my account. The resume help swindlers refused to refund everything they had stolen. That's how they make their money after all.
