Visit the official website of Pune University.

Candidates need to click on the PG Admission Tab on the university’s website.

Click on the ‘Registration’ tab.

Enter the email ID in the given space. The email ID will act as a username.

The applicant will receive the one time password on their registered email ID.

Candidates need to enter the OTP to verify their account.

Candidates may enter the mobile number to verify the contact details.

Now create a new password for your registered account and confirm the same.

Carefully enter the given captcha.

Once the details are filled in, applicants can then click on ‘Submit’.

Candidates are required to enter their email address and password in the login window.

Candidates need to type the captcha and click on the”Login” tab.

Now fill in the required contact, personal and academic details in the application form.

Save and preview the filled application form.

After the application form is filled and previewed properly, students can pay for the Pune University application fee by debit card, credit card, or net banking. After completing the fee payment, students can download the application for future references.

SPPU Admission 2024 Quick Updates

SPPU UG and PG Admissions 2024 are open. Aspirants can apply online on the official website of the university @unipune.ac.in. Other Admission Updates are as under:

• PhD Entrance Test (PET) will now be conducted on August 31, 2024. The revised admit cards has been made available to download from August 26, 2024. Candidates can login to their candidate profile to download their admit cards. NIRF 2024 rankings are out and SPPU stood 1 st  in Pune and 37 th  in India in the ‘Overall’ category.

Notification

SPPU Admission to UG courses such as B.Tech (Aviation), BBA (Hospitality & Facilities Management), B.Voc, BA (Liberal Arts), and B.Sc will be based on the merit in the Entrance Examination. Selection for the remaining UG courses will be based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. The basic eligibility for these courses is to pass the 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board of education. Check   SPPU Courses & Fees

Admission to M.Sc, MA, M.Com, LLM, M.L.I.Sc., and M.Tech courses is strictly on the basis of merit in the SPPU Online Entrance Examination (OEE). Candidates seeking admission to the MBA program need to have a valid score in the  CAT /MAT/ ATMA /XAT or MAH CET entrance exam. MCA admissions are based on the MAH MCA CET entrance examination conducted by the DTE Maharashtra.

SPPU offers various undergraduate courses like BA, B.Com, B.Sc, LLB, BA.LLB, BCS, B.Ed, BHMCT, BFA, etc in the field of Arts, Commerce, Science, Law, Education & so on. • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent for getting admission into BA / B.Sc / B.Com / BFA / BA.LLB / BSL

SPPU MBA Admission 2024

SPPU offers MBA at postgraduate level with a duration of 2 years. The basic eligibility for getting admission into MBA is Graduation and candidates are selected on the basis of merit in an entrance examination.

SPPU MBA Eligibility Criteria

Admission into the MBA program , candidates must have passed Graduation with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in any discipline.

SPPU MBA Selection Criteria

Admission to MBA at SPPU is done on the basis of merit in CAT /   CMAT / MHT CET followed by counselling.

SPPU M.Tech Admission 2024

SPPU offers M.Tech with various specializations in the field of Engineering with a duration of 2 years. The minimum eligibility for getting admission into M.Tech is Graduation & candidates are selected to this course on the basis of merit in an entrance examination.

Ques. What are the entrance exams taken by SPPU for admission into various courses?

Ans. Savitribai Phule university accepts various entrance exam scores for admission into courses, some of them are:

• Selection to MBA is done on the basis of MHT CET for Maharashtra candidates and through CAT/MAT/ATMA/XAT for outside Maharashtra candidates. 
• The university admits candidates to M.Tech/ME on the basis of GATE score or through MHT CET conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

• Canteen and food and also there is 2 canteen with best environment
• College faculty is very experienced with good teaching
• College campus is very small as compared to others
• Some classroom are way to small compared of others

I have applied for viit but there fees was very high and I personally don't like there faculties work environment and for admission process you have to give cet or jee mains or diploma from Maharashtra

The ability to learn

• the infrastructure of the college is very good .
• campus is very calm and quite we can study in that quite environment.
• water facility is not provided that much.
• games are held ones a year and not held monthly.

I wanted to take admission in aissms or modern education society but due to less score in cet i have to choose this collage . To take admission in this collage you have to appear cet examination and after clearing and getting 85 -90 percentile in cet you will be eligible to get admission in this collage .

THE LIFE OF BSIOTR STUDENT

• The college is very big and as being big it has a proper management.
• It has a very good Library and has variety of books in it.
• In rainy season the roads get very dirty and there is water everywhere.
• There are number of insects available in our area which gives adverse effect on our health

The College i wanted to apply was to apply was either COEP or AISSMS but i got confirmed this college That is BSIOTR ,because it has good placement options and the quality of process is also high.The Collegewhich rejected me where Coep Aissms And Pict Because I got less percentage in Cet .The admission Process is very simple that is first we have to confirm the admission that is freeze the college and further teachers are available to help in the admission.

Beyond the Bachler

• College campus is nice and very environmental friendly it has separate parking to park the vehicle or bike. the parking shead is available for summer.
• The faculty of the college is good. They give all answers if you have any doubt
• College provides very less culture functions
• Their is no of lectures in the semester.

• Environment is very beatiful. in this environment all can enjoying their college life.
• Teaching Staff is excellent . All Teachers can teach very well.
• I personally disliked the college messs.
• Toilets in the college , none of one toilet are clean,

I applied pune university colleges . But after cap round I choose solapur university , because this is the closest college from to my home. No there is no rejections from other colleges. Fistly eligibility was that min 60% can have the student marks , then various courses like CS, Mech, Civil, EE, ENTC etc. available in this college . Cutoffs of the our clg is general category have 90 to 98 may be , and my i.e. VJNT category has 60%. Overall Admission experience are very good.

Diving deep into VIT Pune

• There is a good support of teachers to students in helping to publish research papers.
• The college has a good culture of clubs and events organised.
• The campus area is too short for organising events and playing
• The lecture schedules are sometimes very hectic.

I choose this course on my JEE mains percentile as well as my elder brother was also pass out from this branch. He Got a package of 20 LPA so it was a testimony for me. I have no ther good option left for taking the college. Also the Pune culture is the reason which brought me here.

Honest Review

• College is too short but college has basketball court which is Good and also has a vollyball ground that is also good
• I like some laboratory which has new new computer
• College takes descisions on time every time
• Don't like teaching of some of the teachers

I didn't apply for most colleges but I have applied for the same branch of this college but their cut off was 88 for OBC , and I have 80% in 12th boards. The process is easy for admission cut off off our college was 55%.

• Faculty is very good and responsible one. If students ovey them they will definitely succeed in life

• Sometimes lack of responsiveness from students is there.

The admission process was very good because everyone co-operated me and helped me take right decision. I wanted to take admission in SPCE Andheri but due to long distance from home and problem for living was there I considered to take education in the best college in district.

Yes, you can get direct admission to Pune University BCA, after your diploma, provided you meet the eligibility criteria. PU accepts diploma of two years in Pharmacy, and diploma of three years (after 10th board) from the Board of Technical Education authorized by Govt. of Maharashtra or equivalent. 

Note that PU doesn’t offer later admission to BCA. You can’t get admission to the second year of BCA, after completion of your diploma.

Savitribai Phule Pune University PhD Admission 2023-24 Eligibility Criteria

Expected Criteria

• Master’s degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed).
• A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, shall be allowed for those belonging to reserved categories/Differently-Abled and other categories of candidates as per policies of the Government of Maharashtra prescribed from time to time, or for those who had obtained their Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991.
• Candidates who have cleared the M.Phil course work with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.
• M.Phil Students of SPPU whose M.Phil dissertation has been evaluated and the viva voce is pending may be admitted to the PhD program.
• Candidates with M.D./M.S. qualification will be considered eligible to Ph.D. programme in the subject equivalent to medical science under the faculty of Science & Technology

Entrance Examination

• Entrance Examination shall be a qualifying test.
• The Entrance Examination will be of 100 marks with multiple choice type questions.

Personal Interview

• Personal Interview of candidates qualifying in Entrance Test/Candidates exempted from Entrance Examination, to be conducted as per procedure prescribed in due course.

Exemption From Appearing in Entrance Examination

• Candidates qualified in UGC-NET (Including JRF/UGC-CSIR NET (Including JRF/SLET/SET/GATE(Valid Score)/GPAT (Valid Score), CSIR/ICAR/ICMR/DBT & DST Inspire fellowship/Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Science (JGEEBILS) or Teacher fellowship holders will be exempted from the Entrance Test.
• Candidates who have passed M.Phil program of the Savitribai Phule Pune University will be exempted from the Entrance Test for PhD program.

The Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) recently held its 122nd convocation, now the varsity will commence the online application procedure for its 123rd convocation ceremony slated to take place in September.

The university’s degree certificate department has urged students who wish to obtain a degree to apply online for a degree or diploma certificate starting August 1.

Only students who graduated in October or November 2022 or June or July 2023 are eligible to apply for a degree certificate online. The website of the university, convocation.unipune.ac.in contains detailed information regarding the application form, fee, and so on.

After completing the online application form and paying the relevant fees, students must upload a scanned copy of their final year mark sheet and notify the university’s examination certificate department to receive their degree or diploma certificate.
