    It is far too long. The most important limit is the 47 line one, and you'll need a blank line between each paragraph. Ignore the 4,000 character limit. A well presented, readable PS will only have between 3,200 and 3,500 characters in it. you dont need a blank like inbetween each paragraph. Its a waste of lines.
