फिल्ममेकर कोराटला सीवा ( Koratala Siva ) की फिल्म ‘आचार्य’ से दर्शकों को काफी उम्मीदें हैं. वहीं फिल्म में साउथ सुपरस्टार चिरंजीवी औऱ उनके बेटे राम चरण साथ में स्क्रीन शेयर कर रहे हैं ऐसे में फैंस की उम्मीदें दोगुना बढ़ गई हैं. फिल्म आचार्य ( Acharya ) में सुपरस्टार पिता-बेटे की जोड़ी को लेकर कहा जा रहा है कि ऑडियंस खुद-ब-खुद सिनेमाघरों तक खिंचे चले आएं इसके लिए राम चरण और चिरंजीवी ( Chiranjeevi ) को साथ स्क्रीन पर लाया गया है. अब फिल्म ( Ram Charan ) सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज हो चुकी है. कहा जा रहा है कि रिलीज के एक हफ्ते बाद ही फिल्म आचार्या को ओटीटी प्लैटफॉर्म पर भी उतार दिया जाएगा. कहा जा रहा है कि फिल्म हफ्तेभर बाद ऐमजॉन प्राइम पर देखी जा सकेगी.

क्या है फिल्म आचार्य की कहानी

कहानी तीन गांव और उनमें बसे लोगों की है जो प्यार, विश्वास के जरिए एक दूसरे से बंधे हुए हैं. ये गांव ‘धर्मस्थली’, ‘सिद्धवनम’ और ‘पद्मघ्तम’ के बीच बहुत प्यार और एकता है. अब धर्मस्थली में एक मंदिर है जो कि बसवा के अंडर है. फिल्म में बसवा का किरदार बॉलीवुड एक्टर सोनू सूद निभा रहे हैं. मंदिर बसवा के कब्जे में होने के कारण वह अपनी ही चलाता है. वह एक अत्याचारी किस्म का शख्स है. पद्मघ्तम गांव के लोग आयुर्वेदिक रहन सहन के साथ जुड़े हैं, लेकिन उन्हें इस मंदिर में आने की इजाजत नहीं है. अब ऐसे में आचार्य के हाथ में है कि वह कैसे लोगों को उनके हक की लड़ाई लड़ने में सपोर्ट करते हैं. फिल्म में चिरंजीवी आचार्य की भूमिका में हैं. फिल्म में राम चरण सिद्ध की भूमिका में हैं. फिल्म में कैसे इन सभी कहानियों में सिद्ध की एंट्री होती है ये देखना दिलचस्प है.

रिव्यू और अभिनय

फादर-सन की जोड़ी को स्क्रीन पर देखना एक अलग एक्सपीरियंस है. मंझे हुए अदाकार चिरंजीवी की तो बात ही निराली है.वहीं राम चरण भी स्क्रीन पर कमाल लग रहे हैं. लेकिन फिल्म कई मामलों में काफी कमजोर है. सीवा की फिल्म आचार्य देख कर उनकी पुरानी चार फिल्मों का काम ज्यादा बेहतर लगता है. ऐसे में ये कहना गलत नहीं होगा कि बाकि फिल्मों के मुकाबले उनकी फिल्म आचार्य कमजोर साबित हो रही है. कहानी से लेकर डायरेक्शन तक में छुट-पुट कमियां हैं. स्क्रीनप्ले बेहद कमजोर है. फिल्म के कुछ सीन्स ऐसे हैं जिन्हें और भी इंट्रस्टिंग बनाया जा सकता था, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं किया गया.

फिल्म में खासियत सिर्फ ये बची है कि रामचरण और चिरंजीवी साथ में स्क्रीन पर देखे जा सकते हैं. ऑडियंस अपने फेवरेट स्टार्स को देखने थिएटर्स में जरूर आएगी. फिल्म में बंजारा गाना सेकेंड हाफ में है, वहीं से राम चरण का असली काम भी शुरू होता है. फिल्म के ऐसे गिने चुने सीन्स हैं जो कि दर्शकों को पसंद आ रहे हैं, उन्हें उंगलियों पर गिना जा सकता है.

Acharya Movie Review: साउथ इंडस्ट्री की फिल्मे जिस तरह फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में धमाल मचा रही है उसी तरह साउथ फिल्मों का क्रेज भी बढ़ता जा रहा है. हाल ही में 29 अप्रैल को रिलीज हुई आचार्य फिल्म इस साल की मोस्ट अवेटेड फिल्म थी. इस फिल्म का लोगो को बेसब्री से इंतजार था. यह फिल्म आपको सिनेमाघर में देखने को मिल जायेगी.

चिरंजीवी और रामचरण की इस फिल्म को बनाने में करीब 2 साल का वक्त लगा। इस फिल्म का बजट  140 करोड़ बताया जा रहा है. इस फिल्म के डायरेक्टर कोरताला शिवा है यह आस लगाई जा रही है की यह फिल्म तेलंगाना और आंध्र प्रदेश में 10 से 12 करोड़ की ओपनिंग करेगी.

इस फिल्म में सुपरस्टार बाप बेटे की जोड़ी को लेकर कहा जा रहा है कि दर्शक खुद ब खुद सिनेमाघरों तक चले आए इसके लिए राम चरण और चिरंजीवी को साथ स्क्रीन पर दिखाया गया है. बताया जा रहा है की फिल्म को एक सप्ताह बाद ही ओटीटी प्लेटफार्म पर डाल दिया जायेगा. फिल्म हफ्ते भर में आपको अमेजन प्राइम पर देखने को मिल जायेगी.

आचार्य फिल्म की कहानी(Acharya Movie Story)

फिल्म की कहानी तीन गांव और उनमें बसे लोगो की है. ये सभी गांव प्यार, विश्वास के जरिए एक दूसरे से बंधे हुए है. फिल्म की कहानी में एक मंदिर को दिखाया गया है इस मंदिर पर बसवा का कब्जा होता है. इस फिल्म में बसवा का किरदार सोनू सूद निभा रहे है. बसवा का कब्जा होने के कारण उस मंदिर में जो भगवान को खूब मानते है उस गांव को आने की इजाजत नहीं है. अब ऐसे में आचार्य के हाथ में होता है की वह कैसे इस गांव के लोगो की मदद करते है. फिल्म में आचार्य की भूमिका चिरंजीवी निभा रहे है और सिद्ध की भूमिका राम चरण निभा रहे है.

अगर हम इस फिल्म के रिव्यू की बात करे तो इसमें बाप बेटे चिरंजीवी और राम चरण को एक साथ दिखाना फिल्म में वो ही लोगो को इस फिल्म की ओर आकर्षित करता है. सिवा की आचार्य फिल्म को देख कर उनकी पुरानी चार फिल्मों का काम बहुत बेहतर लगता है. इस हिसाब ये कहना गलत नहीं होगा की आचार्य फिल्म बाकी फिल्मों के मुकाबले कमजोर साबित हो रही है.

इस फिल्म में बहुत सी कमियां होने के कारण यह लोगो को पसंद नहीं आ रही है. कई लोग इस फिल्म को देखने के बाद अपने रिव्यू सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर शेयर कर रहे है. इसमें एक यूजर ने लिखा की यह फिल्म चिरंजीवी और रामचरण की अब तक की सबसे बेकार फिल्म है. लोगो का ऐसा कहना है की उन्हे जिस चीज की इस फिल्म से उम्मीद थी उस पर यह फिल्म खरी नहीं उतरी.

Acharya Movie Review: Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan father-son duo is the only thing working for it

A lot of expectations were riding on director Koratala Siva's Acharya, which brought together father-son duo Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan. In fact, it became a calling card for Acharya. Now that it hit the theatres, did Acharya live up to the hype? Sadly, the answer would be a big NO.

Dharmasthali, Siddhavanam and Padaghattam are three villages which are interlinked by values and faith systems. However, the temple town of Dharmasthali is suffering at the hands of Basava (Sonu Sood). Because of his tyrannical rule, the people of Padaghattam, who are known for their Ayurvedic way of living, do not visit Dharmasthali as often as they would. It is now in the hands of Acharya (Chiranjeevi) to free Dharmasthali and Padaghattam from Basava and other villains. How Sidha is (Ram Charan) connected to Padaghattam and what happens to him forms the rest of the story.

It is safe to say that Acharya is Koratala Siva's weakest work till date. Though he is only four films old, he had created a niche for himself with his ability to churn out interesting screenplays. However, that was the major drawback of Acharya. The story of Acharya is as old as the hills and the screenplay deserves fresh elements. The film lacked high points, which could have made the proceedings interesting.

Chiranjeevi gets a lackluster introduction and everything goes for a toss as the story progresses. There are only a handful of moments which made the audience sit up and cheer for our heroes. Be it the Banjara song in the second half or Ram Charan's introduction scene, we can count the scenes which made people go wow. The rest of the story is so bland that you start to question whether you came to a Koratala Siva film or booked tickets for a different flick.

Chiranjeevi's Acharya and Ram Charan's Siddha are fighting for a cause. Siddha wants Acharya to carry on with the mission even if something happens to him. Now, this is a perfect setup for emotionally-charged sequences. However, you feel nothing, even during an important moment before the climax. There are no memorable mass moments that could have elevated this done-to-death story.

Chiranjeevi's aura and his energy brought life to his character Acharya. Similarly, Ram Charan as Siddha is a revelation to watch. Their combination sequences, especially the scene in which they make fun of the villains while killing them, were interesting to watch. However, there's only so much that Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan can do to salvage this mess.

Pooja Hegde as Neelambari came as a breath of fresh air and her chemistry with Ram Charan was refreshing to watch. Sonu Sood, Jisshu Sengupta, Tanikella Bharani and the supporting cast delivered decent performances.

Mani Sharma's songs were peppy, but the background score did not enhance any scene. Cinematographer Tirru and editor Naveen Nooli's work complemented the film well.

Acharya could have been a full-fledged mass masala entertainer. But, the lack of inventiveness turned out to be a big letdown.

Acharya Movie Review In Hindi: साऊथ सुपर स्टार चिरंजीवी और उनके सुपर स्टार बेटे रामचरण की जोड़ी 'आचार्य ' फिल्म में देखने के बाद दर्शक बावले हो गए हैं. RRR में रामचरण को रामावतार में देखने के बाद हिंदी फिल्म के दर्शकों में काफी उनकी काफी फैन फॉलोइंग बढ़ गई है. वहीं इंद्रा द टाइगर वाले चिरंजवी की तो पहले से हिंदी ऑडिएंस दीवानी है. 29 अप्रैल को आचार्य फिल्म इनेमाहॉल्स में रिलीज हो गई. फिल्म देखने से आचार्य फिल्म का हिंदी रिव्यु पढ़ लीजिये।

आचार्य मूवी रिव्यु: रामचरण के फैंस आचर्य फिल्म में एक्टर से वैसी ही उम्मीद लगा रहे थे जैसा उनका पॉवरफुल रोल RRR में था, आचार्य फिल्म को RRR से कम्पेयर करना ऐसा है जैसा MCU एवेंजर्स की तुलना ऋतिक रोशन की कृष से करना। फिल्म की शरूआत काफी अच्छे से होती है. डायरेक्टर लोगों को ये दिखाकर उत्साहित करना चाहता है कि देखो बेटे और पिता की जोड़ी बिग स्क्रीन में कितनी अच्छी लगती है. लेकिन पब्लिक हीरो को देखने के साथ फिल्म की कहानी को भी देखने जाती है.

शुरुआत के 40 मिनट तो समा बांधने में खप जाते हैं, इसके बाद थोड़ा ट्विस्ट आता है और जब लोगों को फिल्म देखने में मजा आता है तो इंटरवेल हो जाता है. इंटरवेल के बाद सिर्फ माड़-धाड़ है. अगर फिल्म में डायरेक्शन और सिनेमेटोग्राफी अच्छी नहीं होती तो आचार्य फिल्म की गिनती भी टिपिकल साउथ फिल्मों में होने लगती। सही कहे तो कैमरा के कमाल ने और अच्छे एक्शन सीक्वेंस ने आचार्य फिल्म की लाज रख ली है.

इंटरवेल के पहले फिल्म थोड़ा पकाऊ है लेकिन इंटरवेल के बाद फिल्म देखने में इंट्रेस्ट बढ़ने लगता है. लेकिन आप इसे RRR, पुष्पा, KGF 2 जैसी उम्मीद लगाकर देखने जा रहे हैं तो कस्सम से उदास होकर लौटेंगे।

क्या आचार्य फिल्म देखने लायक है!

Is Acharya movie worth watching: ठीक है, बहुत बुरी नहीं है और ना ही बहुत अच्छी कही जा सकती है. वन टाइम वाच फिल्म में इसे गिना जा सकता है. ऐसा भी नहीं है कि आचार्य फिल्म देखने लायक नहीं है. मूवी एंटरटेनिंग है लेकिन इस साल जितनी साऊथ की फिल्मे आई हैं वैसा दम आचार्य में नहीं दीखता है.

Acharya movie review: Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Pooja Hegde film is a masterclass in what not to do in a star vehicle

In Acharya, the hero’s Naxalism goes only as far as accessorising himself with a red scarf and camouflage. If you are basing a film on the lives of an Adivasi tribe, at least acknowledge their culture, language, and rituals.

Language: Telugu

A coal mine, created and framed as if it is located in     KGF , the place and the film. People in sullied white clothes are working beyond their capacity. Kids, abused and enslaved, are put to work so the greedy can stay greedy.

This is not the main plot of Koratala Siva’s    Acharya,    but only one among the many subplots. Even if the setup — a blessed people and their blessed village in danger — is promising, and can create many potential moments where the star can be equated to a literal goddess, the writing is too distracted. That is the central issue of the film —thinking that many small ideas are better than one good idea.   

Unlike the villains that populate it, Telugu commercial cinema viewers are not greedy. When they buy a ticket, all they expect is a film that allows them the opportunity to hoot and whistle. Instead of giving them moments worthy of the actors’ fandom, Siva wastes time on elaborate and unexciting exposition. Many minutes into the film, someone in the theatre shouted: “Hero ni introduce cheyandi ra ,” and I am with him. And when the hero finally does enter, the introduction — one of the cornerstones of a successful masala film — is thoroughly underwhelming.

Anyway, back to the coal mine. Two men enter the scene pretending to be security guards, and mild hilarity ensues. Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan share great chemistry that is naturally respectful and comfortable. This sequence uses that very well, but it also effectively makes the viewer nostalgic for Chiranjeevi’s comic timing. This is one of the rare moments in the film where the otherwise robotic and comatose veteran actor comes alive onscreen.   

Speaking of chemistry, Siddha’s (Ram Charan) and Neelambari’s (Pooja Hegde) romance, as bland as it is, works. The few beats of him teaching her kushti sparkle with potential. The charm wears off quickly since the characters, even the leads, are thoroughly underwritten with banal motives, weak setups, and weaker payoffs — the sequence where Acharya helps move the chariot is the exception. Siddha, whose whole personality is his rigid moral code of conduct, is not above eavesdropping on a woman in her bath.

No amount of Lal Salaams can straighten up a crumbling screenplay.   

I can complain that someone as talented as Regina Cassandra should not be relegated to special numbers, but I am sure she had more to do in the film than Hegde’s character. The usual suspects of character artists are present —Nasser, Tanikella Bharani, Sonu Sood, Kishore, and Jisshu Sengupta — and they do what they should do, what they always do. Ajay is particularly impressive as the tribal leader.     

Suresh Selvarajan’s production design is the only thing that works in this film set in a temple town. The traditional artefacts and the colourful markets add depth to an otherwise shallow affair. Mani Sharma’s score is not at fault, but it barely cuts through the trite filmmaking. The same goes with Navin Noolis’ editing and Tirru’s camerawork: Decent but rendered ineffective by the script underneath.   

Given the many constraints, it is probably hard for a high-budgeted star vehicle to experiment with the content. But Koratala Siva did manage to innovate within the template with films like    Mirchi    and    Srimanthudu.    Even if    Acharya    shares many similarities with    Mirchi    and    Janatha Garage , it is not half as entertaining or involving as either. Things happen, big things, but the film is never inviting enough for the viewer to invest their emotions.

One reason could be the predictable storyline. When I saw Satyadev’s name in the ‘Thank you’ credits, I knew he was there to die, even if it is a good role. What would have been better is if the film casted him as the young Acharya instead of the laughable VFX.   

Predictability is still okay, but uninspired writing is not. To show that someone is evil, a woman has to get raped. The main villain has to play golf at some point. Good people need to be trashed after the film reaches a saturation point. Our hero’s Naxalism will only go as far as accessorising himself with a red scarf and camouflage. If you are basing a film on the lives of an Adivasi tribe, do it properly. Acknowledge their culture, language, and rituals instead of making them medicinal men and mouth shlokas in Sanskritised Telugu.

Not everything is a trend. Not everything should be used as a trend. Respect the people you are trying to represent, or leave them alone. Remember the coal mine I talked about in the beginning? Well, the good news is the kids are fine. The film, on the other hand, not so much.

'Acharya' review: Ram Charan outshines Chiranjeevi in this visual spectacle

For films that have larger-than-life stories, the actual USP lies in the emotional quotient. No matter how stunning the visuals are, if the emotions don't touch you, nothing works in favor of the movie. And, it looks like Koratala Siva knew this exact formula and he incorporated the same along with other commercial elements in Acharya , while striking the right balance. Here's our review.

This is the plot summary

Set in a fictional village of Padhaghatta, Acharya revolves around two heroes who are true followers of dharma . While Acharya (Chiranjeevi) is a Naxal leader, his "comrade" Siddha ( Ram Charan ) is a young man from the tribe of Padhaghatta. How they save the forest, tribes and an ancient temple from the brutal antagonist Basava ( Sonu Sood ) makes the rest of the story.

Basava is merciless, enter Acharya

Basava is a ruthless man. He and his troops have occupied the once holy temple of Ghattamma. They rape any woman they set their gaze on, mercilessly kill government officials, and no question are asked. When the tortured and battered people of the village yearn for a divine force to put an end to this audacity, our alpha male Acharya arrives.

Charan steals the whole show

Charan as the beta male Siddha is charming and has a royal presence. His chemistry with Pooja Hegde is compelling. The actor has a strong grip on his emotions and we root for him more than Acharya. Giving him the lead might be unintentional but it surely makes the film better. However, we won't divulge his backstory as that would spoil your experience.

Cinematography brilliant, decent performances

Cinematographer S Thirunavukkarasu has done a tremendous job and he makes Padhaghatta look jaw-droppingly beautiful. As far as the performances go, megastar Chiranjeevi is as usual splendid but this time, he has let his son take the limelight. Sood as the villain is menacing, while Nassar as Siddha's mentor/ guru is decent, too. Hegde had nothing much to do except play Siddha's love interest, Neelambari.

Two negatives

Positives aside, Acharya has two major cons. One, it keeps going back and forth between the backstories and present-day events. Also, the flashback scenes have been included without any balance making us lose track. Another negative is the easily avoidable dance number.

I found the song Saana Kashtam featuring Regina Cassandra highly problematic. It had no purpose and the song did nothing except objectifying the actor. Oh Kajal Aggarwal 's portions have indeed been chopped off and no, Anushka Shetty has not replaced her in the film. Over all, Acharya needed to be more tight, nevertheless, it deserves a theatrical watch. Verdict: The film bags 3.5 stars .

Acharya, starring Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi , is set in the fictional temple town of Dharmasthala. The place of righteousness is fast turning into a den of vices. The mob, bankrolled by evil and greedy corporate bosses, has taken the town’s control and turned it into a lawless land.

It is like a wild west down there. The cops, the government and politicians are all in cohorts, which has resulted in rampant exploitation of honest and hard-working people. The true believers are questioning the god’s inaction: “Where are you? Why are you being a silent spectator of all the injustices?”

The town people have grown up hearing a legend about how the goddess herself descended on the earth to protect the sanctity of Dharmasthala when it came under an attack. So even in the present times, people in the town look up at the sky in anticipation of divine intervention when they are in trouble.

Enter, Acharya (Chiranjeevi). We first see him standing at the top of a mountain. And then he descends like a god of the local mythical stories. He’s here to do the god’s work by ending the reign of terror and restoring the town to its past glory.

Acharya is a Naxal leader and a hardcore communist. But, by the end of it all, he becomes the incarnation of the god herself in the eyes of the people. Director Koratala Siva operates this movie on simple logic, leaving no room for ambiguity. He shows us the conflict through the lens of black and white without any nuance.

Acharya is a classic good versus evil tale. And the story unfolds along excruciatingly predictable lines. The narration works like clockwork. A movie fan would be able to predict how the story will progress from the beginning to the end without much mental effort. There is not even a single surprise element in the movie as you can see all twists from a mile off.

Koratala Siva heavily banks on the visual element that gives this film a mythological heft to keep the audience hooked. The writing is so poor that even the massive stardom of Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan feels inadequate to lift this movie. It’s a snooze fest.

The town is soaked in red where one can’t tell vermilion from blood, evil men dress like sages, and unapologetic use of trishuls and spears, the god’s favourite tools of war, in butchering bad men add little value to our experience.

'Acharya' box office collection Day 1

'Acharya', which has been released on 2000 screens across the world, will have to pick up pace over the weekend. The Koratala Siva directorial has opened to mixed critical reception. For the first time, the father-son duo of Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi will share the screen space.

The film is backed by Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Production Company.

The Koratala Siva directorial, headlined by Chiranjeevi, is gearing up for its theatrical release on April 29. As per the latest buzz, the film will also have a simultaneous Hindi release. Reportedly, the Hindi version of Acharya will be released by Pen Studios across the North Indian circuits.

For the first time, the father-son duo of Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi will share the screen space. In the female lead, the film stars Pooja Hegde opposite Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal opposite Chiranjeevi. In the film, the father-son duo will be seen as former Naxalites. However, Ram Charan’s character is about only 30 minutes long.

The shoot of the film has been long wrapped. With the release date approaching, the makers have initiated the film’s pre-release promotion activities. As of now, the team has released a teaser of actor Ram Charan’s role of Siddha, which grossed over 6.8 million views in less than 24 hours of its release on YouTube.

In addition, a while ago, the makers also unveiled the lyrical video for the film’s latest song, Saana Kashtam. The video features Regina Cassandra and Chiranjeevi in desi avatars grooving to the tunes of the song.

The peppy number is a pure delight to the fans. Mani Sharma composed music for the film. Meanwhile, Rewanth and Geeta Madhuri crooned the song. The lyrics have been penned by Bhaskarabhat.

The film is backed under the banner of Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Production Company. The technical crew of the film comprises Tirru, who took care of cinematography.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi, on the professional front, has many upcoming promising films in his kitty. The megastar has signed Godfather with director Mohan Raja. It is the Telugu remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. The veteran actor also has Bholaa Shankar lined up for release under Meher Ramesh’s direction.

The Koratala Siva directorial 'Acharya' headlined by Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, is gearing up for its theatrical release on April 29.

The makers, who have plans to release the commercial drama in Hindi, seem to be reluctant though.

As per the latest buzz, the film will also have a simultaneous Hindi release. Reportedly, the Hindi version of Acharya will be released by Pen Studios across the North Indian circuits.

But, the makers have not prepared for the release of the Hindi version trailer, while they have announced to release of the Telugu trailer on April 12. This gives an impression that the producers are still considering the Hindi release of 'Acharya'.

The movie is hyped because this is the first time that the father-son duo Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan will appear on the screen full-time.

Pooja Hegde and Kajal play the female leads opposite Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi, respectively.

Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan’s Acharya, which has witnessed multiple delays owing to Covid-19 pandemic, is finally releasing in theatres on April 29th. As Acharya is not releasing in Hindi despite Pushpa, RRR and KGF Chapter 2 having a golden run at the Hindi Box Office, Ram Charan responds.

Talking about not releasing in Hindi and North, Charan said, “Director Koratala Siva garu has been very clear since he started Acharya. The film is meant to be a South film. It’s too short now. We didn’t want to make it a Pan India film in a rush. We’ve no regrets either.”

Charan said Koratala Siva and he were supposed to work for a film that didn’t materialize earlier. However, Charan said, “Though we hadn’t worked together, our bond only grew stronger over the years. I came onboard as producer for Acharya. Little did I know that I’d act in Acharya. I was busy with the shoot of RRR. One day when Siva garu said he has a role for the film in Acharya, I was mighty impressed after hearing about the character. I’m very thankful to Siva garu,” added Ram Charan.

'बड़े मियां छोटे मियां' की कहानी बॉलीवुड की वही पुरानी कहानी है जो पिछले कुछ समय से फिल्मों में कुछ ज्यादा ही हावी है. देश पर संकट है. देश के दुश्मन कुछ बड़ा करने की तैयारी में हैं और अब इस दुश्मन के होश ठिकाने लगाने हैं. 'बड़े मियां छोटे मियां' में पृथ्वीराज सुकुमारन की कुछ ऐसी खुराफात करने की तैयारी है जिससे देश मुश्किल में आ सकता है. अब उससे लोहा लेने के लिए जांबाज अक्षय कुमार और टाइगर श्रॉफ एक साथ आते हैं. उनका साथ देती हैं मानुषी छिल्लर और अलाया एफ. इस तरह एक मिशन है, और दुश्मन वही लोग हैं जो पहले भी कई फिल्मों में भी भारत के लिए खतरा पैदा कर चुके हैं. अली अब्बास जफर ने फिल्म में एक्शन, एक्शन और सिर्फ एक्शन ही दिखाया है. कहानी को सिर्फ जगह-जगह फिट कर दिया गया है. लगभग पौने तीन घंटे की फिल्म को एक्शन से ओवरलोड कर दिया है. ऐसे में कहानी के लिए मौका ज्यादा नहीं रहता है. फिर फिल्म में जो दिखता है, वह जाना-पहचाना है. यह अंदाजा भी आसानी से लगाया जा सकता है कि आगे क्या होने वाला है.

बड़े मियां छोटे मियां का डायरेक्शन

अली अब्बास जफर ने जब भी सलमान  खान के साथ फिल्म बनाई, उन्होंने बॉक्स ऑफिस पर कहर बरपा दिया. इस बार उन्होंने दो एक्शन स्टार को चुना. ऐसे स्टार जो अपने करियर के उस पड़ाव पर हैं जहां उन्हें बैक टू बैक फ्लॉप फिल्मों का मुंह देखना पड़ रहा है. फिल्म की एक्ट्रेसेस भी ऐसी हैं जिन्होंने अभी तक करियर में कामयाबी का स्वाद चखा नहीं है. ऐसे में अली अब्बास को कहानी पर थोड़ा ज्यादा फोकस करना चाहिए था. लेकिन वह कहानी की जगह एक्शन के मकड़जाल में ऐसे फंसे कि अपना पुराना जादुई स्पर्श ही खो बैठे. कुल मिलाकर ये कमजोर कहानी पर एक बड़ी एक्शन फिल्म गढ़ने की कोशिश है जो सफल होती नजर नहीं आती है. वैसे एक बात तो है कि उन्होंने डायरेक्शन के जरिये एक्शन के कई जौहर दिखाए हैं. 

बड़े मियां छोटे मियां में एक्टिंग

बड़े मियां छोटे मियां में अक्षय कुमार, टाइगर श्रॉफ, अलाया एफ और मानुषी छिल्लर हैं. यह सारे ही एक्टर बड़े स्टार हैं तो लेकिन इन्हें शानदार कलाकार कहते हुए थोड़ी हिचक होती हैं क्योंकि फिल्म में किसी भी एक्टर की एक्टिंग छूकर भी नहीं निकल पाती है. टाइगर श्रॉफ एक्टिंग के मामले में मक्खन की तरह है, उन पर कोई इमोशन और एक्सप्रेशन टिक ही नहीं पाता. अक्षय कुमार देशभक्ति से भरी इतनी फिल्में कर चुके हैं कि हर बार पहले जैसे ही नजर आते हैं. दोनों के बीच केमेस्ट्री बिल्कुल भी नहीं है. डायलॉग डिलीवरी सपाट है. हां अगर एक्टिंग के मोर्चे पर किसी ने थोड़ा बहुत काम किया है तो वह पृथ्वीराज सुकुमारन है. लेकिन यह फिल्म उनकी गलत चॉयस साबित हो सकती है.
